Generating a personalized automated voice response in a telecommunications network is provided. An incoming call from a caller for user equipment of an operator in the telecommunications network is identified. In response to identifying the incoming call, it is determined whether to provide an automated response to the incoming call. In response to determining to provide the automated response to the incoming call, a personalized response message from the operator of the user equipment to the caller is generated based on characteristics of communications between the caller and the operator of the user equipment. The personalized automated voice response comprising the personalized response message in a synthesized voice of the operator of the user equipment is generated. The personalized automated voice response is sent to the caller.

Method and apparatus for dynamic tone bank and personalized response in 5G telecom network

Methods, computer program products, and systems are presented. The method computer program products, and systems can include, for instance: transmitting, during a media streaming session, streaming media to a user equipment (UE) device of a user, the transmitting streaming media including simultaneously transmitting a first media stream and a second media stream to the UE device; subjecting the first media stream to processing by natural language processing to provide a topic extracted from the first media stream; subjecting the second media stream to processing by natural language processing to provide an extracted topic extracted from the second media stream; identifying a match between the topic and the extracted topic; and providing one or more output in response to the identifying the match between the topic and the extracted topic.

A computer-implemented method, system and computer program product for embedding contextual information in an image or video frames. A generative adversarial network (GAN) is trained to provide contextual information to be embedded in an image or video frames, where the contextual information includes text, sound and/or video frames that provides context to the image or video frames. After training the GAN, an image or video frames are received to be embedded with contextual information if necessary. Features are then extracted from the received image/video frames. An image(s) or video frame(s) are identified in a database using the GAN associated with features with a similarity to the extracted features of the received image/video frames that exceeds a threshold value. Such identified images and/or video frames are associated with 'references' containing contextual information which are extracted. The received image/video frames are then augmented with the extracted references to provide context.

A severity of the condition is determined. The determining of the severity of the condition is performed using a cognitive analysis of a detected situation associated with the condition that will affect the user, notwithstanding whether the detected situation is currently occurring within a vicinity of the user experiencing the VR session. If the severity is above a predetermined threshold, a signal representative thereof is generated.

Methods and systems for managing virtual reality sessions

Embodiments described herein provide approaches for enabling visual location of a real-world object. Specifically, an object location service is initiated in a service orchestration layer of a 5G telecom network in response to a request from a user corresponding to the real-world object. This object location service collects a stream of three-dimensional location coordinates from both the user's device and the real-world object's device. Based on these sets of sets of location coordinates, the object location service calculates a continuously updated three-dimensional vector from the user to the real-world object. The object location service uses this continuously updated three-dimensional vector to apply an augmented reality indicator that is continuously updated in real-time to the real-world object on a display of the UE device corresponding to the user.

Bias identification in social network posts. A method performs a semantic comparison of social network posts by a user of a social network to identify a group of social network posts by the user about a specific topical content category. The method determines a respective semantic sense of each social network post of the group. The method also ascertains a semantic sense pattern among social network posts in the group of social network posts about the specific topical content category. The method identifies a bias in at least one social network post of the group of social network posts based on identifying that the respective semantic sense in each of the at least one social network post deviates from the ascertained sematic sense pattern. The method uses the identified bias to predict bias in one or more other social network posts made by the user on the topical content category.

An approach is provided for controlling content delivery. Stream data and associated metadata are received from one or more sources. The stream data is converted into a text format. The converted stream data is processed in an artificial intelligence system to detect emotions of the stream data. The emotions of the stream data are mapped to a set of rules for a geographic area. Unacceptable content in the stream data is identified based on the emotions and the set of rules for the geographic area. Content delivery servers are notified to discard the unacceptable content so that the unacceptable content is not delivered through content distribution channels and is not viewed by an end user.

Migrating and delivering data content to a traveling user is provided. A pattern of data access corresponding to a user is determined. The pattern of data access includes previous data access requests made by the user and data to-be delivered to the user. A travel plan corresponding to the user is determined. The travel plan includes a set of intermediate data delivery destinations based on travel mode, travel route, travel schedule, and geographic locations of stops corresponding to the set of intermediate data delivery destinations. The data content is migrated to a set of data storage locations as the user travels based on the pattern of data access, the travel plan, and the set of intermediate data delivery destinations along the travel route. The data content is delivered to the user at geographic locations corresponding to the set of data storage locations as the user travels.

Approaches are provided for a predictive electrical appliance power-saving management mode. An approach includes ascertaining a location and pace of a mobile device. The approach further includes calculating an amount of time that it will take to enable or start programs and services upon a computing device waking from a sleep mode or hybrid sleep mode. The approach further includes determining a distance threshold to the computing device that allows for the calculated amount of time to pass such that the programs and services are enabled or started prior to a user of the mobile device arriving at the computing device when the user is returning to the computing device at the ascertained pace. The approach further includes sending a signal to awaken the computing device from the sleep mode or hybrid sleep mode when the mobile device is within the distance threshold.

Methods, systems, and computer program products are provided for remediating an instance of a visual notification interfering with an output of an application on a display device of an electronic device. An instance of a visual notification is identified on a display device. The visual notification is determined to be interfering with the output of the application on the display device. User response to the output of the application is monitored. An assessment is made, based on the monitoring, of an effectiveness of the output of the application. It is determined, based on the assessment, that there exists a failure of the effectiveness of the output of the application. A remediation action is performed in response to the determined failure. The remediation action may include removal of the instance of the visual notification, terminating a parent process of the instance of the visual notification, or restarting the electronic device.

Remediating interference of an instance of a visual notification with an output of an application on a display device

The present disclosure uses data analytics for consumer focused autonomous data delivery in a 5G (fifth generation cellular network technology) telecommunications network. Data usage information is received at a control system, and the data usage information includes information about data downloaded by users at a venue. The data usage information includes content information about the data downloaded, the data being downloaded using a 5G telecommunications network. The data usage information is analyzed to determine content delivery using a service orchestration layer of a 5G telecommunications network in concert with smart channel monitoring tools of compatible platforms. A predictive analysis is generated using the analysis of the data usage information. A data action is initiated pertaining to the content for downloading the content, based on the predictive analysis, before demand for the downloading of the content, to provide faster service to end users at the venue.
