The present disclosure relates to a system and a method for identifying possible problematic behaviour in gambling, in particular online gambling involving monetary transactions. One embodiment relates to a computer implemented method for detection of possible problem gaming behaviour of a subject engaged in one or more 5 games involving monetary transactions, the method comprising the steps of obtaining a dataset comprising the subjects gaining transactions over a time period, analysing the gaining behaviour of said subject by modelling against a trained model employing artificial intelligence, and predicting and/or detecting Possible Problem Gambling Behavior (PPGB) of said subject based on the analysis wherein the trained model is 10 trained based on one or more behavioral targets at outcome.

Detection of possible problem gambling behaviour

The present invention relates to a system for measuring a micro-vascular flow distribution of a tissue portion of a mammal comprising means () for measuring a first indicator (MTT) for the blood flow through a capillary bed, means () for measuring a second indicator (CTTH) of heterogeneity of the blood flow in said capillary bed, and a first processor () arranged for using the first and the second indicator to estimate an extraction capacity (EC) of a substance from the blood in said capillary bed.

System for assessing tissue substance extraction

The present invention relates to a method for estimating perfusion indices (PI) in a mammal (), e.g. a human. Data (DAT, DAT') representative of a contrast agent concentration as a function of time of an injected contrast agent is obtained from a medical imaging system (). Perfusion indices (PI) are found by applying a parametric model (PM) for capillary transit time distributions as a function of time, and a minorize-maximization (MM) type procedure, such as an expectation-maximization (EM) type procedure, with regularization. The minorize-maximization type procedure has an exact analytical expression for the variance of an observation error of the contrast agent (C) in a non-linear observation model for the contrast agent concentration used in the maximization step. Clinical tests performed for 7 patients show improved MTT mapping as compared to singular value decomposition (SVD), and reduced sensitivity to delay.

Method for estimating perfusion indices

The present invention relates to a method for generating a risk map indicating predicted voxel-by-voxel probability of tissue infarction for a set of voxels, the method comprising the steps of, receiving for each voxel a first value (x) corresponding to a set of tissue marker values and generating the risk map, using a statistical model based on data from a group of subjects, and a stochastic variable, wherein the statistical model also comprises a second value (z), being based on the stochastic variable, such as the second value modelling non-measured values. The invention may be seen as advantageous since it acknowledges subject variability in probability of tissue infarction on a voxel-by-voxel basis by taking non-measured values into account, which in turn may enable providing more reliable estimates of probability of infarction.

Risk prediction of tissue infarction

The present invention relates to a method for estimating a measure of a penumbra size of a penumbra in biological tissue wherein first and second images obtained respectively by perfusion weighted imaging (PWI) and diffusion weighted imaging (DWI) are analyzed, and wherein the analysis of the first image includes application of a level set method, and the analysis of the second image includes application of a grayscale morphological operation. In a further embodiment of the invention, a connected component labeling algorithm maybe applied on any one of the first and second image. The invention further relates to a system, a computer program product and use of a corresponding method.
