A male urinary incontinence device comprising a top end portion, a bottom end portion and an intermediate portion for containing at least a part of a penis, the top end portion comprising an inlet through which the penis can be entered, the inlet being provided with a cuff member. The cuff member comprises a membrane provided with a through-going aperture, and a first collar provided around the aperture, the first collar extending axially away from a first surface of the membrane, and a second collar provided around the aperture, the second collar extending axially away from a second surface of the membrane. The membrane and the first and the second collar are configured to allow elastic expansion of the aperture to fittingly engage with the penis.

A urinary collecting bag comprising a bag part configured for being collapsed in a storage configuration and for being unfolded in a use configuration. A first attachment part and a second attachment part comprise cooperating coupling means which couple first and second attachment parts together in the collapsed storage configuration of the bag part. In the unfolded use configuration of the bag part; the first and second attachment parts are disconnected at said coupling means. A urinary catheter assembly comprising the urinary collecting bag and a urinary catheter is also provided.

A method and a device are described for an ostomy base plate having a storage configuration as delivered to a user and a use configuration as applied to skin of the user. In the storage configuration, a proximal side of the ostomy base plate is substantially convex, and in the use configuration, the proximal side of the ostomy base plate is substantially concave.

Disclosed is an adaptable ostomy base plate comprising a flexible top film (), at least one elastic adhesive disposed on the top film and at least one release liner, the base plate having at least a first convex section that can be inverted to a concave section to be used for especially demanding skin surface conditions, such as in ostomists suffering from hernia.

A coupling for an ostomy bag is provided. The coupling comprises a substantially non-extendable string functioning as locking ring in the coupling. The string is twisted by use of a tab when it is moved from an un-locked position to a locked position. A coupling as described can be made flexible and thereby more comfortable for the user.

A package configured for storing and dispensing a tubular section of a urinary catheter includes a wall forming a spiral pattern on an interior surface of the package, a cavity, an outlet, a channel connecting the outlet and the cavity, and a by-pass flow path connected with the outlet. The spiral pattern extends from a central region of the package to an outer periphery of the package, with the spiral pattern of the wall forming a spiral space located between the wall and an adjacent section of the wall. The cavity is formed in the outer periphery of the package. The outlet is formed in the outer periphery of the package separate from the cavity.

A urinary catheter kit is provided. The catheter kit includes a catheter with a flared end and a package provided with interior protrusions for cooperating with the flared end of the catheter. The largest outer diameter of the flared end of the catheter is slightly larger than the smallest diameter of the package at the protrusions. Thereby, the protrusions will function as a backstop for the catheter. The rigidity of the catheter at the flared end is selected so that&#x2014;depending on the angle of the flared end&#x2014;the flared end will be able to flip over if it is subjected to a force over a predetermined level. Thereby the catheter will be able to be entered back into the package.
