A heat pump system for a vehicle includes an integrated control valve, an external condenser connected to the integrated control valve through first and second connection lines, an expansion valve connected to the integrated control valve through a third connection line, an evaporator connected to the expansion valve, an accumulator connected to the evaporator, a compressor connected to the accumulator, an internal condenser connected to the compressor and connected to the integrated control valve through a fourth connection line, a first chiller disposed on a fifth connection line connecting the integrated control valve and the accumulator, a sixth connection line connecting the fifth connection line and the integrated control valve between the first chiller and the accumulator, and a second chiller provided on a seventh connection line connecting a refrigerant line and the integrated control valve between the evaporator and the accumulator.

Heat pump system for vehicle

A vehicle heat pump system is provided. The system includes a battery coolant line connected to a battery module and into which a coolant flows. A cooling device includes a radiator and a first water pump connected to a coolant line, to circulate a coolant in the coolant line to cool electrical equipment, and to be selectively connected to the battery coolant line via a first valve. A chiller is disposed in the battery coolant line, to be connected to a refrigerant line of an air conditioner via a connecting line, and to adjust a temperature of a coolant or a refrigerant by selectively exchanging heat between the coolant and refrigerant flowing into the chiller. An integrated control valve is connected to the refrigerant line and the connecting line to adjust a refrigerant flow direction and to selectively expand a refrigerant passing through the inside of the integrated control valve.

A heat pump system for a vehicle is provided. The system includes a battery coolant line connected to a battery module. A cooling device selectively connected to the battery coolant line includes a radiator and a first water pump, to circulate a coolant therein. A first chiller is disposed in the battery coolant line and connected to a refrigerant line of an air conditioner to adjust a temperature of a coolant. A second chiller is selectively connected to the coolant line and selectively connected to the refrigerant line to increase a temperature of a coolant by selectively exchanging heat between the coolant and a refrigerant flowing into the second chiller. An integrated control valve is connected to the refrigerant line, the first connecting line, and the second connecting line to adjust a refrigerant flow direction and to selectively expand a refrigerant passing through the integrated control valve.

A battery cooling system may include a first cooling device including a first radiator and a first water pump connected through a first coolant line and circulating a coolant in the first coolant line to cool at least one electrical component and at least one motor; a second cooling device including a second radiator and a second water pump connected through a second coolant line and circulating the coolant in the second coolant line; a battery module mounted on a battery coolant line selectively connectable to the second coolant line through a valve; and a chiller mounted on the battery coolant line and through which the coolant passes, connected to a refrigerant line of an air conditioning device through a refrigerant connection line, and making the coolant which selectively flows exchange heat with a refrigerant supplied from the air conditioning device to control a temperature of the coolant.

A heat pump system in a vehicle connected with a refrigerant line through which refrigerant flows for controlling cooling/heating of a cabin of the vehicle, including a compressor for compressing refrigerant, an outdoor heat exchanger for condensing high temperature and high pressure refrigerant compressed at the compressor, and an expansion valve for expanding the refrigerant compressed thus, may include an indoor heat exchanger arranged between the compressor and the expansion valve connected to one another with the refrigerant line, and having a partitioned inside to form individual flow passages, and a first valve connected to the compressor, the outdoor heat exchanger and the indoor heat exchanger with the refrigerant line for changing a direction of a refrigerant flow according to cooling, heating, and dehumidifying modes of the vehicle to control the refrigerant flow along the refrigerant line.
