An electronic unit includes a circuit board, a light emitter mounted on one side of the circuit board and configured to emit a light, and a resin case accommodating the circuit board on which the light emitter is mounted. The resin case includes a first light-transmission portion configure to transmit the light emitted from the light emitter to outside of the resin case so as to be bright in desired luminance when viewed from the outside. The first light-transmission portion includes an outer-surface-side concave portion which is formed by recessing an outer surface of the resin case so that a thickness of the first light-transmission portion is thinner than a thickness of the resin case except for the first light-transmission portion.

Providing an electric junction box, which can reduce a cost and the weight with maintaining shield effect, in the electric junction box including an electric unit and a shield case, a panel joint at a panel joining area of a conductive panel is formed with synthetic resin. The shield case can be formed with a thin sheet metal by press forming. The electric unit is received in the shield case, so that the electric junction box can maintain shield effect.

Connection structure for power supply to vehicle door

A push button switch including a moving member movably disposed inside a housing, a movable contact provided on the moving member, a fixed contact disposed inside the housing, a main spring for urging the moving member toward the fixed contact, and a push button disposed in an opening in the housing so as to engage the moving member. When the push button is pushed toward the fixed contact, the moving member is moved by the main spring by a preset distance toward the fixed contact so that the movable contact contacts the fixed contact. An auxiliary spring urges the push button in a direction away from the fixed contact by a force that is larger than a force of the main spring. The auxiliary spring has a larger diameter than the main spring, is substantially coaxial with the main spring, and can overlap the main spring.

Push button switch

A rubber contact portion, a drive member and an illuminant are mounted on a housing. The rubber contact portion is made of a transparent material and has electrical contacts which come into contact with or estranged from each other. The drive member is made of a transparent material and is supported on the housing so as to reciprocate to the rubber contact portion. The illuminant is mounted to face a base portion of the drive member.

Rubber contact switch

An ON/OFF push button switch is disclosed which includes a housing, a fixed contact fixedly mounted on the housing, and a movable contact adapted to be brought into and out of contact with the fixed contact. An operating portion of the disclosed switch is supported in the housing in which the movable contact is to be movable in a direction towards the fixed contact. A contact connect spring located between the housing and the movable contact is provided to urge the movable contact towards the fixed contact. A contact release spring is located between the housing and the operating portion to urge the operating portion away from the fixed contact with an urging force greater than that of the contact connect spring. A coupling arrangement is provided for releasably coupling the movable contact and the operating portion together with the movable contact being inhibited from being moved away from the operating portion towards the fixed contact. Operation control provision is made 1) for maintaining an ON state where the operating portion approaches the housing to put the movable contact in contact with the fixed contact and for 2) releasing the ON state when the operating portion is further pushed down towards the housing in the ON state.

The two-stage rubber switch comprises a housing; an operating knob; two push bodies slidably supported by the housing; a contact wiring board having four mutually-opposing contact end portions arranged two by two under each push body; a rubber switch member interposed between the housing and the contact wiring board and having four conductive contact pieces arranged so as to be opposed to the four mutually-opposing contact end portions, respectively on the contact wiring board; and two-stage switching members in particular, such as semispherical rubber buckling portions formed together with the rubber switch member or elastically slidable push members. Further, it is preferable to use some semispherical rubber buckling portions of the rubber switch member as click feeling providing members.

A wiring device is provided wherein a junction block (abbreviated to 'J.B.') (a) which is used for electric wiring of an automobile, and an electronic unit (b) whose case (4,5) receives therein a printed circuit plate (e) formed with a functional circuit for connecting signals between wire harnesses and which is provided with a J.B. coupling connector (8) and an external coupling connector (7) at an outer periphery of the case, are detachably connected by the J.B. coupling connector. Signals from the function block are transmitted to the J.B. by way of a function-preset wiring device for an automobile comprising a through terminal (c) which is formed with a J.B. connecting portion (c.sub.1) at one end of a base plate (9) and an external output terminal portion (c.sub.2) at the other end thereof, and a branch terminal (d) which has lead terminals (23) associated with elastic sandwiching pieces (19) for receiving the external output terminal portion of the through terminals. The external output terminal portion penetrates the printed circuit plate when it is inserted between and held in contact with the elastic sandwiching pieces of the branch terminal fixed perpendicularly to the printed circuit plate by the lead terminals, whereby an end of the external output terminal portion remote from the J.B. connecting portion protrudes into the external coupling connector.

Function-preset wiring device for automobiles

An electrical connector for vehicles in which a junction block and an electronic circuit unit are connected disengageably through connectors thereof which enable the connection. The connector of the unit enabling connection to the junction block is provided in such a manner as to project from a casing which forms a plane of reference for fitting the unit to engage with the junction block. By virtue of this arrangement, design and manufacture of a bus bar within the junction block is facilitated, thereby enhancing the reliability for the electric connection.

A wiring device is provided wherein a junction block (abbreviated to 'J. B.') (a) which is used for electric wiring of an automobile, and an electronic unit (b) whose case (4,5,) receives therein a printed circuit plate (e) formed with a functional circuit for connecting signals between wire harnesses and which is provided with a J. B. coupling connector (8) and an external coupling connector (7) at an outer periphery of the case, are detachably connected by the J. B. coupling connector. Signals from the function block are transmitted to the J. B. by way of a function-preset wiring device for an automobile comprising a through terminal (c) which is formed with a J. B. connecting portion (c.sub.1) at one end of a base plate (9) and an external output terminal portion (c.sub.2) at the other end thereof, and a branch terminal (d) which has lead terminals (23) associated with elastic sandwiching pieces (19) for receiving the external output terminal portion of the through terminals. The external output terminal portion penetrates the printed circuit plate when it is inserted between and held in contact with the elastic sandwiching pieces of the branch terminal fixed perpendicularly to the printed circuit plate by the lead terminals, whereby an end of the external output terminal portion remote from the J. B. connecting portion protrudes into the external coupling connector.

In a function circuit incorporating type wiring device for an automobile, including a junction block employed for an electronic wiring in the automobile, and an electronic unit pack detachably connected to the junction block, the electronic unit pack being provided with a case, a printed board incorporated in the case and forming a function circuit for effecting connection of a signal between wire harnesses, a junction block connector formed on an outer periphery of the case and an external connector formed on the outer periphery of the case; the improvement comprises at least one tabular connection terminals led from the junction block into the junction block connector of the electronic unit pack and projected into the external connector of the electronic unit pack to form a through circuit, said tubular connection terminals being connected with a part of the function circuit on the printed board as required.
