A therapeutic instrument (), includes: a support member () having a tongue-shaped supporting portion () for supporting a sheet-like therapeutic agent; a nozzle member () having a cylindrical portion () in which the supporting portion () supporting the therapeutic agent can be housed, and having an opening () through which the supporting portion () can be loaded and unloaded in/from a tip of the cylindrical portion (); a syringe unit () that acts a positive pressure in the cylindrical portion () for pushing-out the therapeutic agent housed in the cylindrical portion () together with the supporting portion () to outside the cylindrical portion () through the opening (); and a water flow forming part including a plurality of protrusions () formed on a surface of the supporting portion () so as to form a water flow at a place where the supporting portion () and the therapeutic agent are facing each other, when a medical water is fed into the cylindrical portion () in a state in which the therapeutic agent is housed in the cylindrical portion () together with the supporting portion ().

There is provided a therapeutic instrument, for storing a sheet-type therapeutic substance to which a liquid is delivered, and delivering the stored therapeutic substance to an affected part, including: a nozzle memberhaving an openingon a tip end of a tubular partin which the therapeutic substance can be stored, for charging and discharging the therapeutic substance; and a syringe unitthat selectively causes a negative pressure and a positive pressure to act in the tubular partthrough a hole of a valve member, wherein the spaceof the tubular partis the space for sucking the therapeutic substance into the tubular parttogether with the liquid by causing the negative pressure in the tubular partby the syringe unitwhen the therapeutic substance is stored therein, and is the space for pushing out the therapeutic substance to outside of the tubular parttogether with the liquid by causing the positive pressure to act in the tubular partby the syringe unitwhen the stored therapeutic substance is delivered to the affected part.

Storage case having soft intraocular lens folding function

Gas-permeable hard contact lenses are produced by hot press-stretching a crosslined gas-permeable hard contact lens material and then machining the press-stretched material. The gas-permeable hard contact lenses are formed from a crosslinked gas permeable hard contact lens material which is hot press-stretched to have a compression ration of 5 to 50% and a compression-flexure fracture strength of 300 to 1,500 g. Efficiently produced gas-permeable hard contact lenses are produced which are free of optical strains, excellent in transparency, small internal stress and comfortable to wear with improved durability strength.
