Ring binder

A staple refill includes a refill body accommodating sheet-type connected staples. The refill body includes a bottom wall, a right wall provided on a right side of the bottom wall, and a left wall provided on a left side of the bottom wall. A pressing member is provided in the refill body in a movable manner to press the sheet-type connected staples. The refill body is formed with an opening such that the sheet-type connected staples inside the refill body are visible through the opening, and the pressing member includes a protruding portion configured to enter the opening.

Staple refill, stapler, and cartridge

A container that is capable of loading articles onto a cassette for containing articles and the like with high reproducibility and is suitably applicable to a paper-made refill, is provided with, as shown in FIG., if two constituting surfaces of container-constituting surfaces, which stand facing each other across an opening () with a predetermined size in one of the container-constituting surfaces, are supposed as first and second container-constituting portions (and), at least a lid-constituting portion () that has a width extending beyond the opening () and makes a mountain fold on the container-constituting portion (), and a lid-closing portion () that makes a mountain fold on the lid-constituting portion () to engage the container-constituting portion (). The container is formed so that when opening the opening (), the lid-closing portion () disengages the container-constituting portion () and the lid-constituting portion () is folded back to a position so that it becomes the same wall surface as that of the container-constituting portion (). When binding members () are taken outside while directing a side of the opening () downward, a side surface of each of the articles () comes into contact with a continuous wall surface formed of a wall surface constituting the container-constituting portion () and a wall surface constituting the lid-constituting portion () with it being along the continuous wall surface.

Box body

A binder includes a back part disposed between ring parts, each of the ring parts being openable and closable. to constitute a binder. A penetration hole is formed at a portion of the ring parts intersecting with the back part, thereby allowing the binder to expand and contract to a certain degree in a longitudinal direction thereof.

A paper-sheet handling device relating to the present invention has a configuration such that a binder paper alignment unit for temporarily reserving a plurality of paper-sheets perforated at predetermined positions, a movement mechanism for binding the bundle of paper-sheets thus aligned owing to the above by means of a binding component, and a binder cassette for storing the binding components for being transferred thereto, wherein the movement mechanism is arranged on the downstream side of the binder paper alignment unit and the binder cassette and also, the binder paper alignment unit and the binder cassette are arranges radially on the upstream side to form an approximately V-shape by making the aforesaid movement mechanism to be a reference. It is possible depending on this configuration to concentrate the necessary constructional elements at the periphery of the movement mechanism, so that the arrangement of the component members in the horizontal direction of the device can be restricted and the aforesaid device can be miniaturized.

Paper-sheet handling device

A staple refill including a refill body accommodating sheet-type connected staples. The refill body includes a bottom wall, a right wall provided on a right side of the bottom wall and formed with a vertically extending right guide slot, and a left wall provided on a left side of the bottom wall and formed with a vertically extending left guide slot. A pressing member is provided in the refill body in a movable manner to press the sheet-type connected staples. The pressing member includes a guide shaft guided along the right and left guide slots. The guide shaft includes a right end portion protruding outside the right wall through the right guide slot, and a left end portion protruding outside the left wall through the left guide slot.

A refill for staples, which can not be removed from a cartridge unless all sheet-type connected staples in a stapler body are delivered. A refill for staples is installed in a detachable manner in a stapler body, and includes a refill body which holds the sheet-type connected staples, and a pressing member which presses the sheet-type connected staples. A delivery port delivering the sheet-type connected staples and a locking plate provided with a locking section which locks a locked section in the stapler body are formed in the refill body. When the sheet-type connected staples are pressed, the pressing member is engaged with the locking plate not to allow rotation of the locking plate, and, when the sheet-type connected staples are not pressed, the pressing member is disengaged from the locking plate to allow rotation of the locking plate. Thereby, the locking section of the locking plate can be removed from the locked section in the stapler body.

The refill body includes a bottom wall, a right wall provided on a right side of the bottom wall, a left wall provided on a left side of the bottom wall, and a front wall provided on front sides of the right and left walls. A pressing member is provided in the refill body in a movable manner to press the sheet-type connected staples, the pressing member including a first guide projection at a front end of the pressing member configured to contact an inner surface of the front wall.

The front wall includes a first locking section protruding forward from a lower portion of the front wall. The locking plate includes a second locking section.

A staple refill includes a refill body accommodating sheet-type connected staples. The refill body includes a bottom wall, a right wall provided on a right side of the bottom wall and formed with a vertically extending right guide slot, and a left wall provided on a left side of the bottom wall and formed with a vertically extending left guide slot. A pressing member is provided in the refill body in a movable manner to press the sheet-type connected staples, the pressing member including a guide shaft guided along the right and left guide slots. The guide shaft includes a right end portion protruding outside the right wall through the right guide slot, and left end portion protruding outside the left wall through the left guide slot.

A self-propelled stapler has a stapler body provided on a base in such so as to be slidable relative to the base. A sliding mechanism is provided between the base and the stapler body. The stapler body slides to a predetermined binding position at the time of a binding operation, and slides to an original position after the binding operation by the sliding mechanism. The sliding mechanism has a link which is rotatably provided on each side of the stapler body, and one end of the link engages with the base.
