It is provided a wood flooring having laminated wood and plastic layers symmetric to each other and method of manufacturing the same. The wood flooring has an upper layer including laminated wood, a core layer including plastic sheets manufactured by calendaring, and a lower layer including veneer board, the lower layer being made of the same material as the upper layer, which are piled up symmetrically in order to keep the balance between the upper layer and lower layer, and then integrated under a constant temperature and pressure to form a suitable layers made by wood and plastic, thereby providing natural feeling in surface and solving the problem of distortion according to the change of environment.

Disclosed herein is a back-grooved laminate wood flooring in which a high pressure melamine laminate (HPL) is laminated on a waterproof plywood layer. The back-grooved laminate wood flooring comprises an upper HPL (), an adhesive layer () and a waterproof plywood layer () wherein the upper HPL () includes a second core layer (), a first core layer (), a decorative paper layer () and a surface-protective paper layer () layered in this order from the bottom, the upper HPL () and waterproof plywood layer () are adhered to each other by the adhesive layer (), and the waterproof plywood layer () is back grooved.

Backed grooved wood flooring composed of HPL, waterproof plywood and soundproof layer, and method of manufacturing the same

Disclosed herein is a back-grooved laminate wood flooring in which a wood veneer of high pressure resin impregnation laminate (WPL) is laminated on a base selected from a vinyl chloride (PVC) resin layer, on oriented strand board (OSB), a high-density fiberboard (HDF) and a waterproof plywood. More specifically, the back-grooved laminate wood flooring comprises a WPL (), an adhesive layer () and a base () (a polyvinyl chloride resin layer, OSB, HDF or waterproof plywood) wherein the WPL () includes a base-reinforcing layer (), a natural veneer layer (), a resin-impregnated overlay layer () and a surface UV coating layer () layered in this order from the bottom. The back-grooved laminate wood flooring further exhibits excellent soundproofing performance.
