A linear compressor includes a shell including an intake pipe configured to suction a refrigerant, a cylinder provided inside the shell, a piston configured to reciprocate inside the cylinder, the piston including a piston body and a piston flange, and an intake muffler coupled to the piston and configured to flow a refrigerant suctioned through the intake pipe into the piston body and reduce a flow noise of the suctioned refrigerant. The intake muffler includes a first muffler disposed in the piston body, a second muffler disposed below the first muffler and configured to communicate with the first muffler, and a third muffler configured to accommodate a portion of a rear end of the first muffler and the second muffler.

Linear compressor

A compressor includes a cylinder configured to form a compressed space of the refrigerant and having a cylindrical shape, a piston configured to reciprocate axially in the cylinder and comprising a guide portion having a cylindrical shape and a head portion disposed in front of the guide portion, an intake valve disposed at a front of the head portion, a fixing member disposed outside the piston, a rod comprising one end disposed at the head portion and configured to extend axially, a first elastic member connected to the fixing member and other side of the rod, a second elastic member disposed to be spaced apart from a rear of the first elastic member and connected to the fixing member and the other side of the rod, and a first spacer insert-injected with the first elastic member and the second elastic member.

Compressor

A linear compressor includes: a shell including an intake pipe configured to suction a refrigerant, a piston configured to reciprocate in an axial direction and including a piston body, and an intake muffler coupled to the piston and configured to flow the refrigerant into the piston body and reduce a noise from the refrigerant. The intake muffler includes a first muffler disposed inside the piston body, a second muffler disposed at a rear side of the first muffler and in fluid communication with the first muffler, and a third muffler including a third muffler body having a cylindrical shape with an empty interior and configured to accommodate a portion of a rear end of the first muffler and the second muffler in the third muffler body. The third muffler body includes a streamlined portion having diameters reduced toward a rear side of the third muffler body in the axial direction.

Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a cylinder disposed in a shell to define a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston installed to reciprocate in the cylinder, a motor assembly that allows the piston to move in an axial direction of the cylinder and thereby to compress the refrigerant introduced into the compression space, a nozzle which is provided in the cylinder and through which a portion of the refrigerant introduced into the compression space passes, and a cylinder filter installed in the cylinder and disposed at an inlet-side of the nozzle. At least one or more surfaces of the cylinder filter are oil-repellent coated.

In a linear motor and the linear compressor having the same according to the present disclosure, a plurality of magnets are coupled to a stator equipped with a winding coil, and a mover core made of magnetic material instead of a permanent magnet is provided on the mover, and by the magnetizing plurality of magnets in the same direction, the motor output can increase by increasing thrust instead of decreasing the centering force for the mover core. In addition, as it is applied to a two-pore motor, it is possible to easily control the mover core and to easily perform an assembly operation and a magnetization operation for the magnet. In addition, as the stator is made of a grain-oriented core, core loss may be reduced and the motor efficiency may be improved.

Linear motor and linear compressor having same

A compressor is disclosed. The compressor compressing and discharging a refrigerant sucked into a cylinder includes a cylinder forming a compression space of the refrigerant and having a cylindrical shape; a piston configured to reciprocate in the cylinder along an axial direction and having a cylindrical shape; a suction valve disposed at a front of the piston; a plate disposed in a rear of the piston, the plate comprising a flow groove into which the refrigerant is sucked; and a rod extending along the axial direction, one end of the rod being disposed on the suction valve, and other end of the rod being disposed on the plate.

A linear compressor includes a cylinder that defines a compressor space and that is configured to compress refrigerant in the compressor space, a piston located in the cylinder and configured to perform a reciprocating motion in an axial direction relative to the cylinder, a mover coupled to the piston and configured to transmit a driving force to the piston to cause the piston to perform the reciprocating motion, a stator that defines a cylinder space that receives the cylinder, in which the stator is configured to generate the driving force together with the mover, and a supporting unit that includes an overlap portion that covers at least a portion of the stator, that is coupled to the stator, and that contacts the stator.

Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a piston, a cylinder, and a bearing inflow passage. The bearing inflow passage includes a first bearing inflow passage extending inward from an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder in the radial direction and a second bearing inflow passage extending from the first bearing inflow passage to an inner circumferential surface of the cylinder. The second bearing inflow passage extends from the inner circumferential surface of the cylinder in a circumferential direction.

Provided is a linear compressor. The linear compressor includes a filter bracket seated on a gas inflow part passing through a cylinder and a filter assembly including a filter member seated on the filter bracket.

A reciprocating compressor is provided. The reciprocating compressor may include a cylinder having a compression space, a piston inserted into the cylinder to define the compression space while being reciprocated, the piston having a suction passage to communicate with the compression space, a gas bearing having at least one bearing hole that passes through the cylinder, so that a refrigerant gas may be injected between the cylinder and the piston to support the piston with respect to the cylinder, and a flow resister disposed at an outer circumferential surface of the cylinder or at one side of the cylinder to restrict a flow of the refrigerant gas flowing through or toward the at least one bearing hole.

A linear compressor is provided that may include a casing, a frame accommodated in the casing, a cylinder that passes through a center of the frame, supported by the frame, and defining a compression space for a refrigerant, a piston inserted into the cylinder to reciprocate in an axial direction of the cylinder and having a first end that compresses the refrigerant supplied to the compression space, a suction muffler which is coupled to a second end of the piston and through which the refrigerant supplied to the compression space may flow, a spring that allows a resonant motion of the piston, a back cover including a cover body that defines a refrigerant opening at a central portion, such that a refrigerant passes therethrough, the back cover supporting the spring, and an inflow guide which is fixed to the cover body and guides the refrigerant passing through the refrigerant opening towards an inside of the suction muffler. At least a portion of the inflow guide may be inserted into the suction muffler, and a central axis thereof may be aligned with a central axis of the refrigerant opening.

A reciprocating compressor is provided. Bearing holes of a fluid bearing of the compressor may be positioned to correspond to a full reciprocating region of a piston, to reduce/eliminate frictional loss and/or abrasion between a cylinder and the piston. The bearing holes may be concentrated at certain regions of the cylinder to stably support the piston through a full reciprocating range. Compression coil springs may maintain concentric alignment of the cylinder and the piston. Gas through holes may be radially formed at the piston to lower a pressure of a bearing space and allow refrigerant to be smoothly introduced into the bearing space through a gas pocket A casing of the compressor may include an outer shell and an inner shell to attenuate vibration generated due to friction generated by operation of the reciprocating compressor.
