This application discloses a computing system to obtain a wafer image of an electronic device having physical structures manufactured using one or more lithographic masks associated with a layout design describing the electronic design. The computing system can implement an unsupervised deep learning algorithm to process the wafer image to remove at least some noise from the wafer image, which generates a denoised wafer image. The computing system can extract contours corresponding to the physical structures of the electronic device from the denoised wafer image of the electronic device without use of the layout design or a mask design. The computing system can calibrate the layout design or the mask design describing the one or more lithographic masks based, at least in part, on the contours extracted from the denoised wafer image.

Wafer image denoising and contour extraction for manufacturing process calibration

A computing system implementing a raw data filtering tool can aggregate multiple wafer images depicting a portion of an electronic device into a reference image, detect one or more of the wafer images have defects based on a comparison of the reference image to the wafer images, and generate a gauge file to include a set of the wafer images selected based on the detection of defects in the wafer images. The raw data filtering tool also can iteratively build defect maps that include differences between the reference image and the wafer images, and characterize the detected defect in the wafer images with a size and a location based on the defect maps. The raw data filtering tool can provide feedback to a foundry about wafer images were excluded from the set of the wafer images based on the detection of defects in the wafer images.

Wafer image defect detection and characterization for manufacturing process calibration

A novel method and system for enhanced-resolution THz imaging whereby an enhanced-resolution THz image is developed by deconvolution of the original THz image that is developed using THz signals that are manipulated in time-domain and/or in frequency-domain and a point spread function (PSF) that is developed according to an equation wherein said THz signals in time-domain and/or frequency-domain are input parameters. By using this method and system, enhanced-resolution THz images are developed for detecting traces of symptoms of COVID-19 as small as a drop of water. Said novel method and system for enhanced-resolution THz imaging is used for developing a device, and method, that is: (a) rapid, (b) economical, (c) able to perform measurements remotely, (d) non-invasive. This device, and method, is capable of detecting symptoms of COVID-19 such as runny nose, congestion, and cough. The person under examination may or may not wear a face covering mask. This device, and method, is capable of performing examination remotely and without needing the person to remove the mask.

Method and system for enhancing resolution of terahertz imaging and detection of symptoms of COVID-19, cold, and influenza

A system comprising methods and apparatuses is provided for managing and optimizing shopping lists, purchased items, shopping visits, delivery schedules and reducing food waste. This system stores shopping lists of a user or shopping lists shared between a group of users. Upon entering the user to a certain vicinity where there is a store that sells an item which is pending on the shopping lists, the system sends reminding alerts to the user. Upon checking out from the store, the system marks as purchased on the shopping lists the purchased items. Upon storing the purchased items in associated containers, the system stores the locations of the items and updates the remaining amount of each of the items each time the user consumes part of each item. The system predicts the most optimized time of purchase and amount of the items to be purchased such that the least amount of food waste would occur and the least amount of delivery or shopping trips would be needed.

A mobile phone holder is disclosed for mounting a mobile phone to the dashboard of a car. This mobile phone holder is integrated into the back of a mobile phone or is attached to the back surface of the mobile phone through adhesive pads, or suction cups, or is incorporated into accessories of mobile phones such as attachable card holding wallets, and etc. One embodiment of this mobile phone holder creates a closed loop around the air vent bars. Hence, shakes of the car will not cause sudden detachment and falling of the phone. In Addition, this mobile phone holder is portable and is carried by the mobile phone. Hence, the user can readily have it upon using a temporary car. Moreover, since this mobile phone holder is not permanently stayed in the car, it is not exposed to extreme temperatures and thus its wear and tear is lower than conventional phone holders. The loop that is formed by this apparatus can also be used for mounting a mobile phone to the handlebar of a shopping cart, the handlebar of a bike, safety belt of a car, a belt loop, belt of a user, strap of a bag, or other accessories of a user. This apparatus can also be used as a general purpose fastener for fastening two or more objects together, hanging objects from a bar. Such general purpose fastener can be used as a toy, strap of a watch, or bracelet as well.

Toward prevention of the spread of COVID-19 virus and suppressing the pandemic caused by this outbreak, many local governments, states within the Unites States, and countries around the globe have mandated wearing of face covering masks. This mandate has introduced new challenges to the society. One of these challenges is formation of fog on the eyewear while wearing a mask. The direction of the leaked exhaled air from the upper edge of a face covering mask is upward. The location of the portion of the lens of the eyewear that is in front of the eye of the user is on top of the upper edge of the mask (because pulling up the mask further than the eye is not practically possible as the mask would block the eyesight). Hence, the leaked exhaled air (leaked from the top of the mask) moves over the surface of the lens of the eyewear and causes formation of fog on the surface of the lens of the eyewear. To solve the problem of formation of fog on the lens of an eyewear while wearing a face cover, this disclosure proposes a device that prevents the eyewear from getting exposed to the air of exhaling. For this aim, this device redirects the flow of the exhaled air that leaks from the top of the mask. Unlike the solutions in the prior art, the main embodiment of the device disclosed in this application is a standalone device. No modification to the eyewear is needed (although one embodiment of this invention is integrated in the eyewear during manufacturing the eyewear). No modification to the face covering mask is needed either (although one embodiment of this invention is integrated in the face covering mask during manufacturing the face covering mask). Hence, people in the society who need to wear mask, may use this device without needing to purchase new types of eyewear or new types of mask. This device prevents formation of fog on eyewear regardless of the type of eyewear or the type of the mask worn by a user. Hence, compared with the prior art, this device introduces the least amount of discomfort and financial burden on the users and on the society. A significant advantage of the disclosed invention is its contribution to the health of the society and reduction of the spread of viruses. Thanks to this invention a large portion of the society (who refuses wearing masks at all, or who wear masks improperly to avoid formation of fog on their eyewear) shall start using masks and shall wear masks properly. For example, people who may refuse wearing masks during pandemics, such as the COVID-19 pandemic, because of discomfort resulted by formation of fog on their eyewear, or people who may wear masks improperly (for example by not covering their noses) or those who may create vents in their masks, to prevent formation of fog on their eyewear, will start wearing their masks properly since the device disclosed in this disclosure prevents formation of fog on the eyewear.
