A battery connection module is used to connect a plurality of batteries, the battery connection module includes a carrying tray, a plurality of busbars, a first circuit board, a second circuit board and a bridging circuit board. The plurality of busbars are assembled on the carrying tray, the plurality of busbars are used to connect the plurality of batteries in series. The first circuit board is used to connect the plurality of busbars. The second circuit board is separated from the first circuit board and includes a plurality of electronic elements. The bridging circuit board is used to bridge the first circuit board and the second circuit board. The bridging circuit board includes a plurality of fuses thereon.

Battery connection module

The present disclosure relates to a battery connection module and a battery device. The battery connection module includes a carrying tray, a plurality of busbars and a flexible circuit board. The plurality of busbars are provided to the carrying tray. The flexible circuit board is provided to the carrying tray and includes a main board body and a plurality of connecting board bodies integrally connected to the main board body in a floatable manner and respectively electrically connected to the plurality of busbars, each connecting board body is provided to a side edge of the main board body, extends in a longitudinal direction and faces the corresponding busbar in a transverse direction, each connecting board body has a central portion and two cantilevered portions respectively extending from two opposite sides of the central portion in the longitudinal direction, each cantilevered portion has a proximal segment connected to the central portion, a distal segment opposite to the proximal segment and a curved segment positioned between the proximal segment and the distal segment, the curved segment extends along at least the longitudinal direction and the transverse direction, each connecting board body is connected to the main board body only by the distal segments of the two cantilevered portions, a gap is formed between the connecting board body and the main board body.

Battery connection module and battery device

A battery connection module includes an electrode connection tray and a flexible circuit board. The connection tray includes a carrying tray and a plurality of busbars. The busbars are mounted on the carrying tray. The board is configured on the connection tray, and the busbars are arranged adjacent to the board. The board includes a main body and a plurality of L-shaped flexible arms extending therefrom. Each L-shaped flexible arm is configured to be movably connected with a respective one of the busbars. Each L-shaped flexible arm includes a first section, a second section and an end portion. The first section extends outwardly from the main body toward the busbars. The second section connects with the first section and extends in a direction between the busbars and the main body. The end portion is positioned at a distal end of the second section and connects with the corresponding busbar.

A battery connection module and a battery device are provided. The battery device comprises a battery box and a battery connection module. The battery connection module comprises a circuit board, a plurality of busbars and a covering mechanism. The plurality of busbars are provided to a bottom surface of the circuit board in two rows spaced apart from each other. Each busbar has a main body portion connecting with the circuit board and at least two electrode connecting portions. The covering mechanism is provided to the bottom surface of the circuit board and comprises a plurality of sealing units. Each sealing unit comprises a cover, two first sealing members and a second sealing member. The cover has two openings, the two openings are respectively sheathed on two corresponding electrode connecting portions which are positioned along the second direction and respectively belong to the two rows of the busbars, the two first sealing members are respectively positioned in the two openings to liquid-tight seal a gap between the cover and the corresponding electrode connecting portion, the second sealing member is positioned in the corresponding chamber to liquid-tight seal a gap between the cover and the box body.

A battery connection module is adapted to connect a battery pack, the battery connection module comprises: a carrying tray; a plurality of busbars mounted on the carrying tray and adapted to electrically connect a plurality of batteries of the battery pack; a flexible circuit board mounted on the carrying tray and mechanically and electrically connected to the plurality of busbars, the flexible circuit board having a frame-shaped portion with an opening, a flexible mating portion being provided in the opening of the frame-shaped portion; and a battery management system mounted on the carrying tray, positioned above the flexible circuit board and comprising a flexible circuit board connector; the flexible mating portion extending into the opening and being reversely bent and mated with the flexible circuit board connector on the battery management system. These components are integrated to an integrated module that facilitates subsequent assembling and use.

A battery connection module comprises a carrying tray, a plurality of busbars and a circuit unit. The carrying tray has a first edge and a second edge positioned at two opposite sides and two end edges. The circuit unit comprises a flexible circuit piece and a connector, the flexible circuit piece has a main body and a mounting bar extending from the main body, the mounting bar has a connecting portion extending from the main body, a bendable portion extending from the connecting portion and a connector mounting portion connected to a distal end of the bendable portion, the connector is provided on the connector mounting portion and has a mating end. The bendable portion is operable to allow the connector to be positioned at positions where the mating end faces different directions.

The present disclosure relates to an electronic card connection device and an electronic device. The electronic card connection device comprises a connector, an electronic card tray and a switch. The connector comprises a terminal housing and a shell, the shell and the terminal housing define a mating space. The electronic card tray being inserted in the mating space, the electronic card tray may comprise an electronic card receiving recess, a mounting block positioned in front of the electronic card receiving recess and an operating handle pivotally connected to the mounting block. The switch may be positioned alongside a rotation range of the operating handle, and partially protrudes into the rotation range allowing rotation of the operating handle to switch the state of the switch.

Electronic card connection device and electronic device

An electronic card connector comprises: an insulating housing and a plurality of terminals mounted to the insulating housing. Each terminal comprises two resilient arms, a contacting structure and a tail. The two resilient arms each have a first end and a second end, the two first ends of the two resilient arms are spaced apart from each other and fixed to the insulating housing, and the two second ends of the two resilient arms are connected to the contacting structure. The contacting structure comprises a convex curved surface for contacting the corresponding conducting pad of the electronic card.

SIM connector

An electronic card connector includes a metal shell, a tray, a first terminal block, a second terminal block and a third terminal block. The metal shell is provided on a circuit board and cooperates with the circuit board to define a slot. The tray comprises an insulative body and a shielding unit. A first receiving groove of the insulative body receives a SD card and second and third receiving grooves of the insulative body respectively receive first and second SIM cards. The shielding unit is made of metal, provided in the insulative body and positioned between the first receiving groove and the second receiving groove and the third receiving groove, so as to shield the electromagnetic interference from the SD card.

Electronic card connector

The present disclosure provides a conductive terminal and an electrical connector assembly. The conductive terminal comprises: a base unit, a contacting unit, a connecting piece and a tail unit. The connecting piece connects the base unit and the contacting unit. The base unit comprises a plate portion extending along a front-rear direction. The contacting unit faces the plate portion, is spaced apart from the plate portion and comprises a plate-shaped contacting portion and an elastic contacting portion positioned behind the plate-shaped contacting portion. The tail unit is connected to a rear end of the plate portion. In the electrical connector assembly, in every two mated conductive terminals between the first connector and the second connector, the elastic contacting portion of one conductive terminal contacts the plate-shaped contacting portion of the other conductive terminal and the elastic contacting portion of the other conductive terminal contacts the plate-shaped contacting portion of the one conductive terminal, so that two contacting regions are formed between the every two mated conductive terminal.

Terminal and connector assembly

An electronic card connector includes a metal shell, a terminal block and a tray. The metal shell is provided on a circuit board and cooperates with the circuit board to define a slot having an entrance. The tray has an insertion end which first enters the slot of the metal shell and two receiving portions which are respectively parallel to two sides of the inserting-ejecting direction and respectively correspond to two limiting arms of the metal shell. The tray further has two interference oblique surfaces adjacent to the insertion end, when the tray is improperly inserted under a state that the tray is turned upside down, the two interference oblique surfaces respectively abut against the two limiting arms, therefore the tray cannot enter into the slot.

A conductive terminal is provided which includes a base unit, two elastic contact pieces, a tail unit and two contact plates. The base unit includes a bottom plate extending along a front-rear direction and two side plates integrally extending upwardly from a left and right sides of the bottom plate respectively. The two elastic contact pieces are arranged side by side, each elastic contact piece comprises a connecting portion bent upwardly from a front end of the bottom plate, an arm portion extending rearwardly from the connecting portion, positioned above the bottom plate and spaced apart from the bottom plate, and a first contact portion positioned at a rear end of the arm portion. The tail unit is connected to a rear end of the bottom plate. The two contact plates are respectively bent from two upper edges of two front ends of the two side plates toward each other.

Conductive terminal and electrical connector assembly

An electronic card connector comprises a terminal seat and a metal shell. The terminal seat comprises an insulative body having a plurality of receiving recessed portions and a plurality of terminals. The terminals can have a fixed unit, a pair of resilient arms, a contact portion and a soldering portion. The pair of resilient arms extend into the corresponding receiving recessed portion and are spaced apart from each other and are jointed with each other at distal ends, the contact portion is formed at the joint portion of the pair of resilient arms and the soldering portion is positioned between the pair of resilient arms. The metal shell comprises a top plate and resilient press unit. The resilient press unit comprises a resilient piece that includes two protruding portions that each obliquely intersect a card insertion direction.
