An embodiment fuel cell system includes a fuel cell stack configured to generate electrical energy from electrochemical reactions and a fuel cell enclosure surrounding the fuel cell stack. A high-voltage box is disposed on the fuel cell enclosure and is configured to provide the fuel cell enclosure with a ventilation path for cooling the fuel cell stack.

An embodiment fuel cell system includes a fuel cell enclosure configured to output electrical energy generated by a fuel cell stack through a stack bus bar, a high-voltage box disposed on the fuel cell enclosure, the high-voltage box including an air inlet port formed at one side thereof, the air inlet port being configured to introduce cold air from outside, and a terminal block assembly including a vent port connected to the fuel cell enclosure, the vent port being configured to deliver the cold air introduced through the air inlet port to the stack bus bar.

A fuel cell is provided that includes a cell stack having a plurality of unit cells stacked in a first direction. An enclosure is disposed to surround the cell stack and includes an inlet that suctions external air and an outlet that discharges air that has been suctioned through the inlet and has circulated in the space between the cell stack and the enclosure. An insulating member is disposed to extend in the first direction in the space between an outer surface of the cell stack and an inner surface of the enclosure. The insulating member divides the space into a plurality of spaces and has an aperture formed therein to provide communication between the divided plurality of spaces, and an air intake member configured to suction air discharged from the outlet.

A fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell and a junction box. The fuel cell includes at least one cell stack including a plurality of unit cells in a stacked configuration, heaters disposed at end portions of the at least one cell stack, current collectors disposed at the end portions of the at least one cell stack, a terminal block electrically connecting the current collectors and the heaters to the junction box, a positive bus bar and a negative bus bar electrically connecting the current collectors to the terminal block, and a positive wire and a negative wire electrically connecting the heaters to the terminal block. The junction box includes a first switching unit disposed between the positive wire and the positive bus bar, and a second switching unit disposed between the negative wire and the negative bus bar.

A cell-monitoring connector is configured to be detachably mounted to a fuel cell. A housing configured such that a portion thereof is insertable into a receiving space. A pair of lever operators is configured to be movable by a first external pressure in a third direction that intersects the first direction and the second direction. A number of levers are coupled to the pair of lever operators inside the housing. The levers include latching protrusions configured to operate in connection with movement of the lever operators. The latching protrusions are movable between a first position at which the latching protrusions protrude in the third direction from an outer surface of the housing and a second position at which the latching protrusions do not protrude from the outer surface of the housing.

A fuel cell includes a cell stack including a plurality of stacked unit cells and a heating unit configured to apply heat to the cell stack. The heating unit includes a heat-generating part and a heat-generating-part support part disposed on an end side of the cell stack. Apparatus for insulating exposed charging part of fuel cell stack

An insulation covered bus bar includes a bus bar formed of a conductive material for transmission of electric power. An insulation tube wraps the bus bar and formed of an insulation material having a characteristic of electric insulation. A fixing unit is formed so as to wrap around an outer circumferential surface of the bus bar, connected to an end of the insulation tube, installed to be fixedly disposed to the bus bar so that the insulation tube is fixed within the bus bar.

Disclosed is a shield conductor for an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle, which includes a protector, a protector closure clip, and a rubber grommet. The protector is formed of aluminum having excellent corrosion resistance and connects a battery pack and a high voltage distribution box and protects shielded and unshielded wires. The protector closure clip is formed of injection molded plastic and is attached to the outside of the protector. The rubber grommet has excellent water-sealing characteristics and surrounds the circumferences of the wires exposed to the outside of the protector. As a result, to the present invention prevents the occurrence of scratches when the wires are inserted into the protector, prevents the wires from being twisted when the protector is bent, and prevents foreign materials or water from being introduced into the protector from the outside.
