An organic light emitting display device includes a plurality of pixels and a data driver. The plurality of pixels are configured to form n pixel columns, the plurality of pixels each including at least three sub-pixels. The data driver is configured to supply a data signal to the sub-pixels through data lines. A defective pixel of the plurality of pixels includes a dark sub-pixel and three sub-pixels. Normal pixels of the plurality of pixels include sub-pixels positioned on a same sub-pixel column as the sub-pixels of the defective pixel. And the defective pixel and the normal pixels are positioned on an i-th pixel column of the n pixel columns.

An organic light-emitting display apparatus may include a substrate; a thin-film transistor (TFT) disposed on the substrate, and having an active layer, a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode; a signal line formed on the same layer as the source electrode and the drain electrode; a first insulating layer covers the signal line, the source electrode, and the drain electrode; a pixel electrode formed on the first insulating layer, and electrically connected to the TFT; a pixel-defining layer formed on the first insulating layer, includes an opening exposing the pixel electrode; an intermediate layer formed on the pixel electrode, and includes a light-emitting layer; and an opposite electrode formed on the intermediate layer. The intermediate layer is formed on the pixel-defining layer so as to overlap with the signal line.

Organic light-emitting display apparatus

A display device includes a first sub-pixel and a second sub-pixel configured to share one data line, a first transistor configured to turn on or off by a first control signal and configured to couple the first sub-pixel to the one data line, and a second transistor configured to turn on or off alternately with the first transistor by a second control signal having a phase difference from that of the first control signal and configured to couple the second sub-pixel to the one data line.

Display device and method for driving the same

An organic light emitting display is disclosed. According to some aspects, the display includes a substrate having a display region and a peripheral region that surrounds the display region. The display further includes a pixel in the display region, and a contact unit in the peripheral region. The contact unit is configured to receive a common power signal from an external power source. A wiring line unit on the substrate provides a driving signal to the pixel. The pixel includes a first electrode provided on the substrate, an organic light emitting layer provided on the first electrode, and a second electrode that protrudes toward the contact unit on a plane to be electrically coupled to the contact unit. As a result, the area in which the second electrode overlaps the wiring line unit in the peripheral region is reduced and the parasitic capacitance that may be generated between the second electrode and the wiring line may be reduced.

Organic light emitting display

An organic light emitting diode (OLED) display is disclosed. In one embodiment, the OLED display includes a panel including pixels which are configured to control an amount of current that flows from a first power source to a second power source to generate an image of predetermined brightness. The display may also include at least one first power source line formed on a top of the panel and at least one second power source line positioned on a bottom of the panel to face the first power source line. The display may further include a first switch configured to alternately supply the first power source to the first power source line and the second power source line.

A thin film transistor (TFT) using an oxide semiconductor as an active layer, a method of manufacturing the TFT and an organic light emitting display device having the TFT. In one embodiment, a TFT includes a first gate electrode formed on a substrate. A source electrode is formed to be spaced apart from the gate electrode on the substrate. A first insulating layer is formed on the substrate. An active layer is formed of an oxide semiconductor on the first insulating layer, and connected to the source electrode. A second insulating layer is formed on the first insulating layer. A second gate electrode is formed on the second insulating layer so as not to overlap with the first gate electrode. A drain electrode is formed to be spaced apart from the second gate electrode on the second insulating layer, and connected to the active layer.

A signal supply apparatus for a public and private mobile communication system. The apparatus has Internet protocol base transceiver subsystems, and a private base station controller that controls the Internet protocol base transceiver subsystems. Instead of having a global positioning system receiver (GPSR) in each of the Internet protocol base transceiver subsystems to receive time of day (TOD) signals, the TOD signals are relayed to each of the Internet protocol base transceiver subsystems via a LAN cable. It is only the base station controllers that have the GPSR that receives the TOD signals. Then, these TOD signals are relayed from the base station controller to respective collective base station transceivers and then from each collective base station transceiver to their respective Internet protocol base transceiver subsystems via a LAN cable.

Signal supply apparatus and method for public and private mobile communication system

A private mobile communication service system is operated and maintained using an internet protocol (IP) network. The private mobile communication service network has a private base station controller (pBSC) and a base station transceiver subsystem (BTS). The apparatus for operating and maintaining the private mobile communication service includes a wireless system manager (WSM), a hardware alarm collection unit, and a base station controller main processor (BMP). The WSM receives operation/maintenance information, processes the information, creates an operation/maintenance control signal, and transmits the control signal to the pBSC. The alarm collection unit is mounted on the pBSC to collect and output operation/maintenance information, to receive an operation/maintenance control signal, and to generate a reset signal. If operation/maintenance information is received, the BMP ascertains a link address and transmits the link address if it is the WSM. If a control signal is received, the BMP transmits the control signal to the hardware alarm connecting unit.

The power saving control apparatus for a simple electronic exchange system which is coupled to a plurality of extension telephones, each having a unit for transmitting a signal asking for setting or releasing a power saving mode and a unit for inputting passwords for each extension telephone, and operating from an auxiliary AC power when a main AC power is down, comprising: a memory for storing the passwords corresponding to the respective extension telephones; a unit for transmitting a signal requesting the input of the passwords to the extension telephones in response to a request for setting the power saving mode, which is received from an arbitrary extension telephone; a unit for checking if a password that is inputted from the extension telephone corresponds with an original password of the extension telephone previously registered in the memory; a unit for transmitting an operation limit command to the extension telephone when the two passwords are coincided with each other; and a unit for cutting off a call with the extension telephone until the power saving mode is changed for another mode when the two passwords are coincided with each other.
