A refrigerant circuit includes an auxiliary heat exchanger for adjusting the temperature of refrigerant, a compressor, a condenser, an expansion valve, and an evaporator. The auxiliary heat exchanger selectively operates through a plurality of switch valves. Thus, the temperature of the refrigerant is efficiently managed according to situations, thereby improving cooling and warming performance. An integrated thermal management system includes the auxiliary heat exchanger configured to exchange heat with outside air, thereby efficiently managing the temperature of the refrigerant and simplifying the structure thereof.

Integrated thermal management system

Proposed is an integrated thermal management system of which the cooling performance is secured because the entire area of a radiator is used when cooling a PE part and a battery. In particular, heat of the PE part and heat of the battery are selectively shared and thus the entire circuit of the system becomes compact and the energy efficiency is improved.

An embodiment integrated-type air-conditioning system includes a refrigerant circuit including first and second refrigerant lines, a first coolant circuit including a battery, and a second coolant circuit including a PE part. The first refrigerant line includes a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, a first expansion device, and an outdoor heat exchanger, and the second refrigerant line includes a second expansion device and an integrated heat exchanger. The second refrigerant line branches from a branch point between the indoor heat exchanger and the first expansion device in the first refrigerant line and branches from a point between the compressor and the indoor heat exchanger through a switching valve to be connected to the compressor. The first coolant circuit and the second coolant circuit are each connected to the integrated heat exchanger so as to allow a coolant to exchange heat with a refrigerant.

Integrated-type air-conditioning system

A heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning device includes: a heating part disposed in a windshield glass of a vehicle and configured to heat the windshield glass; a collection part configured to collect state information on a state of the windshield glass and environment information on internal and external environments of the vehicle; and a control part. The control part is configured to determine a defrosting or dehumidifying mode for the windshield glass based on the state information or the environment information collected by the collection part and to control an operation of the heating part depending on the determined defrosting or dehumidifying mode.

Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning device for a vehicle

In an embodiment a system includes a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a switch vale, an integrated heat exchanger a first expander and a second expander connected to the refrigerant line, wherein the switch valve is configured to selectively circulate a refrigerant from the compressor either first to the indoor heat exchanger or first to the outdoor heat exchanger, wherein the integrated heat exchanger is configured to receive the refrigerant from the indoor heat exchanger or the outdoor heat exchanger, wherein the integrated heat exchanger is configured to act as a heat pump exchanging heat between the refrigerant and a heat exchange medium, wherein the first expander is configured to selectively expand the refrigerant related to the indoor heat exchanger, wherein the second expander is configured to selectively expand the refrigerant related to the integrated heat exchanger, and a controller configured to control refrigerant circulation directions through the switching valve according to a cooling mode, a heating mode, or a dehumidification mode such that the indoor heat exchanger is able to generate air-conditioning air based on each mode.

An integrated thermal management system for a fuel cell vehicle includes a fuel cell coolant line configured to circulate first coolant through a fuel cell, a battery chiller, and an integrated chiller, an indoor air-conditioning refrigerant line configured to circulate refrigerant through a first compressor, an indoor condenser, an outdoor heat exchanger, and the integrated chiller, and a battery refrigerant line configured to circulate refrigerant through a second compressor, an outdoor condenser, and the battery chiller.
