A display device includes a substrate, first sub-pixels, second sub-pixels, and third sub-pixels on the substrate, the second sub-pixels being adjacent to the first sub-pixels, and third sub-pixels being spaced from the first sub-pixels with a respective one of the second sub-pixels therebetween, first electrodes and second electrodes on the substrate and located in the sub-pixels, first light-emitting elements, second light-emitting elements, and third light-emitting elements on the first electrodes and the second electrodes and located in the sub-pixels, each of the light-emitting elements comprising a first end and a second end opposite to the first end, and a first connection electrode, a second connection electrode, a third connection electrode, and a fourth connection electrode on the first to third light-emitting elements and located in the sub-pixels, wherein in the first sub-pixel, the first electrodes are extended in a first direction and are spaced from one another.

Display device and method of fabricating the same

A display device includes: a base layer; a pixel circuit layer on the base layer, the pixel circuit layer including lower lines, the pixel circuit layer having a line-free area in which the lower lines are not present; and a light-emitting-element layer on the pixel circuit layer, the light-emitting-element layer including electrodes and a light emitting element on the electrodes, the light-emitting-element layer having an electrode-free area in which the electrodes are not present. The line-free area overlaps the electrode-free area in a plan view.

Display device

A display device according to some embodiments includes a substrate, a first power line extending in a first direction on the substrate, and configured to transmit a first alignment signal or a first driving voltage, a second power line extending in the first direction on the substrate, and configured to transmit a second alignment signal or a second driving voltage, a first electrode extending in a second direction that is substantially perpendicular to the first direction, configured to receive the first alignment signal or the first driving voltage, and electrically connected to the first power line, a second electrode spaced apart from the first electrode, extending in the second direction, configured to receive the second alignment signal or the second driving voltage, and electrically connected to the second power line, and a light emitting element between the first electrode and the second electrode.

Embodiments of the present disclosure provide a display device comprising: a substrate; a thin film transistor layer on a first surface of the substrate and including a first hole; a light emitting element layer on the thin film transistor layer and including a light emitting element; a first light blocking layer between the substrate and the thin film transistor layer and including a second hole overlapping the first hole in a thickness direction of the substrate; and a second light blocking layer between the thin film transistor layer and the light emitting element layer and including a third hole overlapping the first hole and the second hole in the thickness direction of the substrate.

A display device includes a pixel including a first sub-pixel to third sub-pixels, each arranged in a first direction and emitting light of a color, a first to third vertical power lines, each extending in a second direction different from the first direction, overlapping the first to third sub-pixels, respectively, and transmitting first to third powers, respectively, a first to third horizontal power lines, each extending in the first direction and electrically connected to the first to third vertical power lines through a contact hole, respectively. Voltages of the first power, the second power, and the third power are different from each other.

A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure may include pixels including a first pixel and a second pixel sequentially arranged in a display area along a first direction, each of the first pixel and the second pixel including sub pixels arranged along a second direction corresponding to emission areas, and a first power line and a second power line connected to the pixels. Each of the sub pixels may include a light emitting element, a first electrode connected between the light emitting element and the first power line, and a second electrode connected between the light emitting element and the second power line. The second electrodes of the sub pixels of the first and second pixels may be integrally connected to each other to configure an integrated electrode, and may be commonly connected to the second power line through a first contact portion.

A display device according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes pixels connected to a first scan line, a second scan line, a third scan line, a data line, a first emission control line, and a second emission control line. Each of the pixels includes a light emitting element; a first transistor connected between a first node connected to a first power source and a second electrode connected to a second node connected to an anode of the light emitting element, and including a gate electrode connected to a third node; a second transistor connected between the data line and a fourth node and including a gate electrode connected to the first scan line; a first capacitor connected between the second node and a fifth node; a second capacitor connected between the fourth node and the fifth node; a fourth transistor connected between the third node and the fifth node, and including a gate electrode connected to the second scan line; and a sixth transistor connected between the third node and the fourth node, and including a gate electrode connected to the first emission control line.

Display device with internal compensation

A display device includes a substrate and a pixel layer disposed on the substrate. The pixel layer includes a circuit element layer having an opening. The circuit element layer includes a first semiconductor layer and a first conductive layer that includes a first scan line pattern and an emission control line. A second conductive layer is disposed on the first conductive layer and includes a first initialization line, a second scan line pattern and a third scan line pattern. A second semiconductor layer is disposed on the second conductive layer. A third conductive layer is disposed on the second semiconductor layer and includes fourth and fifth scan line patterns. The first initialization line includes a first portion and a second portion each extending in a first direction, and a third portion disposed therebetween. The second portion extends diagonally with respect to the first direction.

Display device having an initialization line

A display device includes a first pixel circuit, a first scan signal line disposed at a side of the first pixel circuit, extending in a first direction, and transmitting a scan signal; a second pixel circuit disposed at an outermost side of the display device, and a first dummy wire disposed at an outside of the second pixel circuit and extending in the first direction. A width of the first dummy wire is less than a width of the first scan signal line.
