A thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; about 10 to about 40 parts by weight of a polyester resin; about 0.1 to about 1.0 parts by weight of a chain extender; about 50 to about 80 parts by weight of glass fibers; about 10 to about 25 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant; and about 1 to about 7 parts by weight of a modified polyolefin, wherein the weight ratio of the polyester resin and the chain extender is about 1:0.01 to about 1:0.06. The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in dimensional stability, flame retardancy, impact resistance, and the like.

A thermoplastic resin composition comprises: about 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; about 3 parts by weight to about 20 parts by weight of a rubber-modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; about 12 parts by weight to about 28 parts by weight of talc having an average particle size of about 8 μm to about 20 μm and a blackness degree L* of less than about 90; about 5 parts by weight to about 20 parts by weight of acicular inorganic fillers; and about 10 parts by weight to about 30 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant. The thermoplastic resin composition can have good properties in terms of light shielding, impact resistance, dimensional stability, flame retardancy, balance therebetween, and the like.

A thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article formed of the same. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: about 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; about 5 to about 20 parts by weight of a rubber modified aromatic vinyl copolymer resin; about 0.5 to about 3 parts by weight of a maleic anhydride-grafted rubber polymer; about 50 to about 100 parts by weight of glass fibers; about 10 to about 30 parts by weight of barium sulfate; and about 5 to about 20 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant. The thermoplastic resin composition can have high specific gravity and good properties in terms of impact resistance, weather resistance, flame retardancy, fluidity, and the like.

Thermoplastic resin composition and article produced therefrom

This thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises: approximately 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; approximately 1 to approximately 20 parts by weight of a rubber-modified vinyl-based copolymer resin; approximately 10 to approximately 30 parts by weight of a phosphorous-based flame retardant agent; approximately 3 to approximately 12 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; approximately 10 to approximately 40 parts by weight of talc; approximately 5 to approximately 11 parts by weight of wollastonite; and approximately 0.01 to approximately 5 parts by weight of a black pigment. The weight ratio of the calcium carbonate to the talc is approximately 1:1.5 to approximately 1:3.5, and the weight ratio of the talc to the wollastonite is approximately 1:0.3 to approximately 1:0.7. The thermoplastic resin composition can exhibit the properties of high gloss and a good outer appearance, and has excellent fluidity, impact resistance, heat resistance, thin film flame retardancy, and dimensional stability.

Disclosed herein is a polycarbonate resin composition. The polycarbonate resin composition includes a polycarbonate resin, inorganic fillers, an impact modifier comprising a modified olefin-based copolymer, and olefin wax containing a reactive group comprising at least one of a carboxylic acid group, a carboxylic acid anhydride group, an epoxy group, and a glycidyl group, wherein the inorganic fillers comprise flake-type fillers and needle-like fillers. The polycarbonate resin composition has excellent properties in terms of appearance, mechanical properties, and dimensional stability.

Polycarbonate resin composition and molded product comprising same

A thermoplastic resin composition includes: about 100 parts by weight of a polycarbonate resin; about 1 to about 15 parts by weight of a rubber-modified vinyl copolymer resin; about 10 to about 30 parts by weight of a phosphorus flame retardant; about 3 to about 12 parts by weight of calcium carbonate; about 5 to about 40 parts by weight of talc; and about 0.001 to about 5 parts by weight of a black pigment, wherein a weight ratio of calcium carbonate to talc ranges from about 1:1.5 to about 1:6 and the black pigment has an average particle size of about 10 nm to about 24 nm. The thermoplastic resin composition can realize high gloss and good appearance characteristics, and can exhibit good properties in terms of flowability, impact resistance, thermal resistance, thin film flame retardancy, dimensional stability, and the like.

Disclosed herein are a thermoplastic resin composition and a molded article produced from the thermoplastic resin composition. The thermoplastic resin composition includes: a polycarbonate resin; a rubber-modified vinyl graft copolymer; inorganic fillers comprising talc and wollastonite; maleic anhydride-modified olefin wax; and a phosphorus compound represented by the following Formula 1, wherein a weight ratio of the talc to the wollastonite ranges from about 1:0.1 to about 1:0.9, and a weight ratio of the talc to the phosphorus compound ranges from about 1:0.005 to about 1:0.05:
