Disclosed are an operation control device of a compressor, which can reduce motor loss by applying an AC power to a motor of the compressor without a switching operation of a control unit, and a method thereof. The operation control device of the compressor comprises: a capacitor electrically connected to a motor of the compressor and having a predetermined capacitance; a control unit connected in series to the motor of the compressor and applying an AC power to the motor of the compressor according to a control signal; and a controller detecting a load variation amount on the basis of a current and voltage applied to the motor of the compressor and controlling on/off of the control unit according to the detected load variation amount.

Operation control device and method of compressor

A reciprocating motor and a reciprocating compressor having the same are provided. One side of each of outer and inner cores forming a stator are connected to each other, to prevent a magnetic flux generated by the coil and a magnet from leaking out of the stator. Hence, it is possible to fabricate components of the reciprocating compressor employing such a reciprocating motor by using a relatively low-cost magnetic substance, resulting in a decrease in fabricating costs of the compressor. Also, a length of the magnet may be reduced, which results in a reduction of the cost for the magnet, thereby decreasing fabricating costs of the reciprocating motor and the reciprocating compressor employing the reciprocating motor.

A piston displacement device for a reciprocating compressor comprises a piston linearly reciprocated in a cylinder and having a stroke length varied by a reciprocating motor, a plurality of resonance springs for guiding a resonant motion of the piston, and a piston transfer unit for moving the piston forward or backward in a motion direction of the piston according to a capacitance variation of a compressor and thereby maintaining the same top dead center. The refrigerant suction guide structure includes a cylinder having an accommodating space inside, a piston having suction channels through which refrigerant is inhaled inside and inserted into the cylinder to be in a linear reciprocating motion, a suction valve included in the end of the piston to open and close the suction channels, and a valve fixing member for combining the suction valve with the piston. The suction channels of the piston include inclined surfaces for guiding refrigerant to the outside in which the suction valve is first opened. The suction channels are formed so as to be inclined to reduce flow resistance of inhaled refrigerant such that the amount of the inhaled refrigerant is increased. Therefore, it is possible to improve the efficiency of a compressor.

The reciprocating compressor comprises a casing, one reciprocating motor mounted at a frame unit provided in the casing for generating a linear-reciprocation driving force, a first compression unit for compressing a refrigerant directly sucked without passing through the inside of the casing by receiving the driving force of the reciprocating motor, and a second compression unit for mixing a refrigerant introduced into the casing and a refrigerant discharged from the first compression unit and then compressing the mixed refrigerant once more by receiving the driving force of the reciprocating motor. Accordingly, a refrigerant is consecutively compressed two times, components are simplified, and the compressor is easily controlled. Also, the refrigerator having the reciprocating compressor decreases a load of the reciprocating compressor thereby to enhance the efficiency of the refrigerator.

Accordingly, a reciprocating compressor is capable of reducing a fabrication cost by eliminating precise processing of construction parts and simplifying an assembly process by constructing a reciprocating motor as one assembly and combining it with a compressing unit.

A stator ( A) supporting apparatus for a reciprocating compressor includes a cap member ( ), in which one end of an inner resonance spring ( A) abuts to one end of the cap member ( ) so that the vibration of the inner resonance spring ( A) is transferred to the stator, and the cap member ( ) is isolated from the frame of the compressor so as to prevent the vibration of the inner resonance spring ( A) from transferring to the frame ( ) directly. Therefore, the vibration of the compressor is reduced by fixing the inner stator ( A) strongly and transferring the vibration generated in the inner resonance spring ( A) to the frame through the inner stator ( A).
