Paintball or non-lethal gun or marker apparatuses are disclosed to prevent projectiles from being inadvertently discharged from a paintball or other non-lethal gun or markers.

Barrel locking apparatus for a paintball gun

A paintball hopper refill apparatus or loading apparatus is disclosed, which includes a body, an interior, a closed end, an openable end and an actuator designed to open the openable end of the apparatus. A method for filling a hopper using the loading apparatus of this invention is also disclosed.

Paintball refillers and method for making and using same

A paintball gun or marker end cap apparatus is disclosed, where the end cap apparatus includes tubular member having an opened, closed end and a penetrator, where the opened end is designed to be fitted over the end of a paintball barrel and a sleeve designed to be tightened causing the opened end of the tubular member to locking engage the barrel with sufficient force to hold the apparatus on the barrel until the sleeved is loosened and the penetrator is designed to rupture any inadvertently fired paintballs. The apparatus can also include at least one vent disposed near the closed end to vent any gas or liquid associated with a ruptured paintball.

A paintball gun or marker end cap apparatus is disclosed, where the end cap apparatus includes an internal portion having a paintball penetrating device and vent(s) for rupturing inadvertently discharged paintballs and exhausting gases and fluids, respectively, and an external portion having a locking or engaging assembly for engaging an outer portion of the paintball gun or marker with sufficient force that the assembly must to unlocked or untightened to remove.

A paintball hopper refill apparatus or loading apparatus is disclosed, which includes a body, an interior, a neck and a dispensing portion where the body is made of a flexible material, the interior is designed to be filled with a plurality of paintballs and the dispensing portion is designed to be opened either by pulling a pull string or by squeezing allowing the paintballs to flow from the loading apparatus to the hopper. A method for filling a hopper using the loading apparatus of this invention is also disclosed.

A paint ball gun magazine or a combined hopper/feeder apparatus is disclosed, where the magazine includes a closing assembly designed to allow the magazine to transition between a closed state and an open state and to a paint ball including a closable magazine. A paintball adapter is also disclosed, where the adapter includes a closing assembly designed to allow the adapter to transition between a closed state and an open state and to a paint ball gun including a closable magazine and/or a closable adapter.

A paintball gun is disclosed, which includes at least one aiming and/or pointing device mount assembly connected to, affixed to or integral with a paintball gun's hopper, adapter, and/or feed tube.
