A DC/DC conversion apparatus includes a DC voltage source that outputs a DC power supply voltage, an oscillation circuit electrically connected to the DC voltage source, switch elements, a switch controller that connects or disconnects electrical connection between the DC voltage source and the oscillation circuit by switching turn-on and turn-off of the switch elements, and switches a direction of a voltage applied to the oscillation circuit between a first direction and a second direction, and a transformation circuit that outputs a current generated in the oscillation circuit and converts the current into a DC current. The switch controller disconnects the electrical connection between the oscillation circuit and the DC voltage source before the direction of the voltage applied to the oscillation circuit is switched from the first direction to the second direction, and connects the electrical connection between the oscillation circuit and the DC voltage source and switches the direction of the voltage applied to the oscillation circuit to the second direction after a current flowing through the oscillation circuit has been outputted to the transformation circuit.

A DC/DC conversion apparatus includes a DC voltage source, an oscillation circuit being electrically connected to the DC voltage source, a plurality of switch elements, a switch controller, which closes or opens electrical connection between the DC voltage source and the oscillation circuit by switching turn-on and turn-off of the plurality of switch elements, and switches a direction of a voltage applied on the oscillation circuit between a first direction and a second direction, a transformation circuit, a detector to detect one or more parameter values of an input voltage and input current of the DC voltage source and an output voltage and output current to the transformation circuit, wherein when the parameter values vary, the switch controller adjusts a length of time in which the voltage applied on the oscillation circuit is in one of the first direction and the second direction, such that the output voltage and/or output current returns to an initial value.

A DC-DC converting apparatus for obtaining a constant output voltage includes a DC voltage source that outputs a DC power voltage, a main circuit that converts an input voltage into an output voltage having a set value, an auxiliary circuit, coupled to the DC voltage source, that couples to the main circuit when the input voltage has a fluctuation exceeding a predetermined range so that an output voltage is maintained at the output voltage having the set value.

DC-DC converting apparatus for obtaining a constant output voltage

A DC/DC conversion apparatus includes a DC voltage source, an oscillation circuit, switch elements, a switch controller, and a transformation circuit. An inductor is provided in the oscillation circuit, a transformer is provided in the transformation circuit and a primary side of the transformer is connected in series with the oscillation circuit. Before a direction of a voltage applied to the oscillation circuit is switched from a first direction to a second direction, the switch controller disconnects electrical connection between the oscillation circuit and the DC voltage source and a first resonance loop is defined by a portion of the plurality of switch elements and the oscillation circuit. When a current flowing through the inductor is equal or substantially equal to an excitation current on the primary side of the transformer in the first resonance loop, at least one switch element in the first resonance loop is turned off to define a second resonance loop. After a current in the second resonance loop oscillates for a first period, the electrical connection between the oscillation circuit and the DC voltage source is connected and the direction of the voltage applied to the oscillation circuit is switched to the second direction.

A power conversion system includes at least two power converters and a current sharing bus, each power converter including a switching circuit, a power conversion circuit configured to receive an input voltage via the switching circuit and to provide a local output current, an output sense circuit configured to detect the local output current and to generate a local output current sense signal, a current sharing terminal coupled to the local output current sense signal via a resistor and coupled to the current sharing bus; and a PWM controller configured to adjust a duty cycle of the switching circuit based at least in part on the local output current sense signal provided by the output sense circuit and an average current signal on the current sharing bus.

A power converter includes a switching circuit, a power conversion circuit that receives an input voltage via the switching circuit and converts the input voltage into an output voltage, an input voltage sense circuit that detects the input voltage and generates an input voltage sense signal, and a PWM controller that adjusts a duty cycle of the switching circuit based at least in part on the input voltage sense signal. The power converter also includes an output sense circuit that detects the output voltage and generates an output voltage sense signal, wherein the PWM controller adjusts the duty cycle of the switching circuit based at least in part on the input voltage sense signal and the output voltage sense signal.
