The present invention discloses an engine oil supply system, which includes an oil pan for storing lubricating oil. An oil suction pipe is disposed in the oil pan, the oil suction pipe is twisted in the oil pan, and at least two oil suction portions are disposed on the oil suction pipe, so that at least one oil suction portion is below a lubricating oil level when the engine is in any position. The technical solution disclosed by the present invention can ensure that the lubricating oil can enter each part of the engine for lubrication through the oil supply system when the engine is used either in a leant or inverted manner.

A carburetor base of an engine defines an axial through hole and a pulsation hole channel. An anti-blocking component is mounted inside the axial through hole and defines an air inlet channel. The air inlet channel communicates with the pulsation hole channel so as to avoid blocking of condensed fuel oil inside the pulsation hole channel.

An engine includes a cylinder, a rocker chamber, an air filter, a crankcase and a rocker chamber cover, wherein the rocker chamber cover is disposed above the cylinder. The engine further includes a cover plate, wherein the cover plate is located at the top of the rocker chamber cover, and the rocker chamber cover and the cover plate are spliced to form a separation cavity and a connection channel. According to the engine provided by the invention, the top structure of the rocker chamber is re-designed and the top space of the rocker chamber is sufficiently used so as to achieve the objects of optimizing a lubricating system and reducing emission, as well as reducing the manufacturing cost and difficulty.

Engine with rocker chamber

A four-stroke engine includes an oil tank, a crankshaft chamber, a distribution chamber, a rocker chamber, a combustion chamber, and a lubricating system. The oil tank is communicated with the crankshaft chamber through an oil supply channel. The four-stroke engine further comprises a cam and a transmission mechanism connected between the cam and a crankshaft of the crankshaft chamber in a matched manner. The cam is matched with a rocker of the rocker chamber and located above the combustion chamber.

The present invention discloses an engine oil pan, which includes a cylinder block, wherein a plurality of arc-shaped grooves are disposed on the second end surface of the cylinder block along the axial direction of a crank shaft; the arc-shaped grooves form arc-shaped bulges in a sunk portion on the first end surface of the cylinder block; the arc-shaped bulges divide the sunk portion into first space and second space; a platform is disposed inside the sunk portion of the cylinder block; and the height of the platform is lower than the height of the arc-shaped bulges. The technical solution employed by the present invention enables lubricating oil in the engine oil pan to flow more effectively, and enables the lubricating oil in the oil pan to be utilized more effectively when the engine is used in any position.

An engine includes an oil pan used for storing lubricating oil, a crankcase, a cam box, a rocker, and a distribution chamber used for separating oil & gas mixture into oil mist and liquid oil. A lubricating system comprises: the oil pan and the crankcase are communicated through an oil supply passage, and a one-way valve is disposed in the oil supply passage; the crankcase and the distribution chamber are communicated through a first oil conveying passage, and a one-way valve is disposed in the first oil conveying passage; the distribution chamber and the cam box are communicated through a second oil conveying passage; the cam box and the rocker chamber are communicated through a third oil conveying passage; the rocker chamber and the crankcase are communicated through at least one oil return passage, and a one-way valve is disposed in the oil return passage.
