The present disclosure discloses a safety pipe loop and method for strain monitoring of mountainous pipelines. The safety pipe loop may include a plurality of magnetic test detectors and a protective shell for protecting the plurality of magnetic test detectors. The number of the plurality of magnetic test detectors may be set to 4n, n is an integer number greater than or equal to 1. An angle between any two adjacent detectors of the plurality of magnetic test detectors may be 180&#xb0;/2n. At least two of the plurality of magnetic test detectors may be connected in parallel through a data transmission line and output data through a data transmission interface. An outer layer of the protective shell may include non-magnetic hard alloy, and an inner layer of the protective shell may include non-metallic materials.

Safety pipe loop and method for strain monitoring of mountainous pipelines

A non-contact real-time stress monitoring method for buried pipeline and a device thereof are provided. The method includes the following steps: Step S: selecting pipelines with the same material, pipe diameter and wall thickness as the buried pipeline being monitored for lift-off effect test, and obtaining a plurality of sets of lift-off magnetic field gradient modulus under a plurality of sets of lift-off heights; Step S: using MATLAB to fit the G1-h relationship curve for obtaining the values of parameters a1, b1, a2, and b2 in a quantitative relationship formula containing the lift-off gradient modulus and the lift-off height; Step Splacing a non-contact monitoring device directly above the buried pipeline being monitored to obtain a magnetic field gradient modulus of the buried pipeline; and Step S: calculating an absolute value of real-time stress of the buried pipeline according to the magnetic field gradient modulus of the buried pipeline.
