Backlight module, light guide plate, and preparation method for conductive hydrogel thereof. Main body of light guide plate is optical-glass material. Cavity is provided in light guide plate, filled with conductive hydrogel. Either end of light guide plate is provided with electrode electrically connected to conductive hydrogel in cavity. When not electrified, conductive hydrogel is in liquid state, when electrified, conductive hydrogel in cavity changes to gel state. Microcrystal particles are added to conductive hydrogel to improve light refection function and light diffuse reflection function of light guide plate and backlight module, to allow more light rays to penetrate through light guide plate to improve luminous efficacy. Addition of quantum dots or fluorescent powder to conductive hydrogel can further increase color gamut of backlight, such that liquid crystal display device has better effect.

A backlight module. The backlight module comprises: an LED chip (), a transparent support (), and a packaging adhesive (); an accommodating groove () is provided on the transparent support (), and the LED chip () is provided at the bottom of the accommodating groove (); the packaging adhesive () is located in the accommodating groove () and covers a light-exiting surface of the LED chip (). The LED chip () and the packaging adhesive () are provided in the accommodating groove (), so that the transparent support () and the packaging adhesive () enlarge a light-exiting angle of the LED chip (), thereby reducing the number of the LED chips () in the backlight module and reducing the production costs.

Backlight module

The present invention discloses a radiator, where the radiator includes a mounting portion used for mounting a heat source, a radiating portion connected with the mounting portion and used for absorbing heat transferred by the mounting portion, the radiating portion is internally provided with multiple radiating pipelines, the radiating pipelines are internally injected with liquid, and the liquid in the radiating pipelines is gasified after absorbing heat on one end where the radiating portion is close to the mounting portion, and in the radiating pipelines, moves from one end where the radiating portion is close to the mounting portion towards one end where the radiating portion is away from the mounting portion. The present invention further discloses a backlight module, and the present invention further discloses a display module. The present invention effectively improves the heat transfer effect, and effectively enhances the radiating effect.

Radiator, backlight module and display module

The present disclosure provides a LED module. The LED module includes a LED lamp, a heat radiator, and a PCB. The LED lamp includes a LED main body, and a heat conducting block and a pin configured to the main body. The heat conducting block is mounted on the bottom surface of the LED main body towards the PCB. The pin has a free end passing through the PCB, and electrically connecting a bonding pad of the PCB. The heat radiator is caught between the heat conducting block and the PCB, and the heat conducting block resists against the heat radiator. A display device is also provided. The heat introduced by the LED lamp can directly dissipate from the heat conducting block to the heat radiator, thus enhancing the heat dissipation of the LED lamp.
