The present disclosure describes a system, method, and computer readable medium for providing information to a receiving party in a communications network. The method includes receiving a message from a sending party and performing a lookup of information relating to the sending party in a database via an Internet Protocol connection. The lookup is based on an identifier of at least one of the sending party and the receiving party. Subsequently, the information is provided to the receiving party based on the availability of the information in the database.

Occlusive devices and associated methods of manufacturing are disclosed herein. Manufacturing an occlusive device can include conforming a mesh to a forming assembly and setting a shape of the mesh based on the forming assembly. The method may include everting the mesh over the forming assembly such that the mesh encloses an open volume with a shape based, at least in part, on the shape of the forming assembly. According to some embodiments, setting a shape of the mesh comprises heat-treating the mesh and forming assembly.

Systems and methods for removal of clot material from vessel lumens are disclosed. A medical device assembly can include a catheter having a lumen and a distal portion configured to be positioned at or adjacent a treatment site within a vessel. An expandable member has a first portion coupled to the distal portion of the catheter, and a second portion extending away from the catheter distal portion. An elongate shaft extends through the lumen of the catheter, and the second portion of the expandable member is releasably coupled to the shaft. When the shaft is slidably moved relative to the surrounding catheter, the second portion of the expandable member can be released from the shaft, and the shaft can be withdrawn or removed.
