Disclosed example apparatus also access data that maps a first original distributor code to the first final distributor code, identify the first commercial in lineup data based on the first original distributor code, and adjust, based on a duration of the first commercial, a duration obtained for a first media program listed in the lineup data.

Example apparatus disclosed herein includes processor circuitry to instantiate at least interval determination circuitry to determine an interval between the first tuning event and the second tuning event, the first and second tuning events corresponding to streaming of media in a first household using the streaming service via a media device, characterization circuitry to characterize a status of the first household as subscribed when the interval satisfies a threshold, aggregation circuitry to aggregate statuses of households over a time period, the households including the first household, and penetration determination circuitry to generate first analytical data based on a number of subscribed statuses per a total number of households at a timestamp, the timestamp within the time period.

Methods, apparatus, and articles of manufacture to determine penetration and churn of streaming services

Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture are disclosed for determining media access sessions. In an example, an apparatus to determine media access sessions includes a record locator to access, in a data store, a first media impression record indicative of a first media access segment, and a second media impression record indicative of a second media access segment and a view counter. The view counter is to update at least one of the first or second media impression records in the data store, when the second media access segment occurs within a threshold time after the first media access segment, to indicate that the first and second media access segments are associated with a same first media access session. The view counter is also to update the second media impression record to indicate an association between the second media access segment and a second media access session, when the second media access segment occurs more than the threshold time after the first media access segment, the second media access session being different from a first media access session corresponding to the first media access segment.

Methods, apparatus, systems and articles of manufacture (e.g., physical storage media) to credit commercial broadcasts are disclosed. Example commercial crediting methods disclosed herein include accessing commercial crediting feed data corresponding to a monitored commercial. Disclosed example method also include, in response to determining the monitored commercial was distributed via a broadcast network and not a cable network, (1) comparing the commercial crediting feed data to media monitoring system data to identify a code included in a network feed to identify the monitored commercial, and (2) comparing the code to first lineup data to identify crediting data for the monitored commercial. Disclosed example methods additionally include storing the crediting data for the monitored commercial in a data repository.
