The drive rod is adapted to extend through the mandrel and the spline adapter so as to contact a contact area of the housing to bias the mandrel and the spline adapter in a direction away from the contact area as the drive rod is threaded through the mandrel.

The bearing liner is made from a second material, which is dissimilar from the first material. At least a portion of the bearing liner passes through the frame opening. The ring surrounds the bearing liner. The ring contacts the frame and the bearing liner and maintains a clearance between the portion of the bearing liner passing through the frame opening and the frame.
