Generally, methods and systems related to electronic locksets for sliding doors are disclosed. One method of installing an electronic lockset includes mounting a strike plate with a retaining groove on a top portion of the sliding door, attaching a lock assembly behind a rail of the sliding door. The lock assembly including a locking tab coupled to a motor to actuate the locking tab between an extended position and a retracted position. The method further comprising wirelessly connecting a control device to the electronic lockset. Where the control device configured to send actuation commands to the electronic lockset to move the locking tab between the extended position and the retracted position and the strike plate and lock assembly are configured to be installed such that the electronic lockset is in a locked position when the locking tab is in alignment with the retaining groove and is in the extended position.

Electronic lockset for sliding door

The disclosed smart electronic faucet system controls the flow of water being dispensed using voice commands. The disclosed smart electronic faucet system is a hybrid system that uses the computing resources available locally within the faucet itself for time-sensitive commands and the computing resources of a network connected server system or computing device for commands that do not have a time-sensitivity. After receiving a voice command, the disclosed smart electronic faucet system analyzes the command to determine if the command is time-sensitive and if so, uses computing resources located within the faucet to process the command to determine the control action to be taken by the faucet. Otherwise, the faucet sends the command to a server computer or computing device that is remotely located but communicatively connected to the faucet, which then processes the command and returns the control action to be taken by the faucet.

Smart electronic faucet system

A faucet includes a faucet spout, a sensor assembly, a spray pattern controller, and a controller. The faucet body includes a faucet spout. The sensor assembly is configured to detect an object within a space proximate the faucet spout. The spray pattern controller is configured to adjust a spray pattern selected from a plurality of spray patterns being dispensed through the faucet spout. The controller is electronically coupled to the sensor assembly and the spray pattern controller, the controller capable of determining a desired spray pattern from the plurality of spray patterns.

Electronic faucet with auto focus

Secure passcode-triggered wireless communication pairing of a mobile device with an electronic lock is provided. The passcode is a limited-use (e.g., one time use, useful for a limited time span) pairing passcode that may be generated at the electronic lock or by an application executing on an administrative user's mobile device that can be communicated to a guest user as part of an invitation to connect to the electronic lock. The pairing passcode is not a lock actuation passcode and cannot be used to actuate the electronic lock from a locked to an unlocked position. Rather, the pairing passcode enables the guest user to pair a mobile device with the electronic lock and, once paired, to use an application executing on the guest user's mobile device to actuate the electronic lock.

Electronic lock pairing via passcode

Secure enrollment of a user with an electronic lock is provided. Enrollment with the lock may include a verification process and a secure enrollment mode based on verification of a unique enrollment code (UEC) associated with an enrollment invitation link that may be provided to the user. Selection of the link may direct the user's mobile device to a client application, where an option may be provided for initiating the verification process. The UEC may be communicated to and presented by the lock. The user's device may capture the presented UEC, which may be compared against the UEC generated in association with the link. When validated, the lock may enter the secure enrollment mode, where the user can register an actuation passcode, or the lock may be paired with the mobile device over a short-range wireless connection, which may allow the user to actuate the lock via the client application.

Secure guest enrollment at electronic lock

A method of enrolling a user at a biometric lockset is described. The method includes receiving user access information from a mobile device of an administrative user of the biometric lockset. The user access information indicates to the biometric lockset to enter an enrollment mode in which a user identity is associated with fingerprint data in a user entry within a memory of the biometric lockset. A plurality of different light codes are displayed on the lockset, each one of the plurality of light codes representative of a different state of fingerprint data capture. A message is transmitted to the mobile device, and corresponds to the light code displayed at the lockset. The completed fingerprint data is stored in association with the user identity of the user in the user entry.
