Disclosed are approaches for a launcher application with connectivity detection for shared mobile devices. In some examples, among others, a management service component, a client device component, an enterprise environment component, or other connectivity endpoints associated with a plurality of applications can be identified. At least one response to requests transmitted to the connectivity endpoints can be received. A mode of connectivity can be determined based on the response. An application which is launchable in the mode of connectivity can be launched in an instance in which a selectable representation for the application is selected in a user interface.

Disclosed are examples relating to managing remote support sessions using devices in communication through a network. In some examples, a request is obtained that includes a selection of an endpoint device for remote support. A sample associated with a remoting capability is obtained from the endpoint device. A remote support server can be selected from among multiple remote support servers based on the sample. Examples of causing the endpoint device to communicate with the remote support server are also disclosed.

Managing remote support

Disclosed are examples relating to managing remote support sessions using devices in communication through a network. In some examples, a request to initiate a remote support session is obtained. The request includes a selection of an endpoint. A determination of the remoting capability of the endpoint is performed. A remote support server is selected. Progress of initiation of a remote support session is rendered in a user interface. A user interface element is rendered within the user interface. The user interface element allows launching of a remote support session.

This invention relates to the use of rubber fragments from discarded tires in railroad ties. Such ties are made using rubber fragments which contain steel, polyester, or other strands or fibers, and which therefor are less expensive to prepare than fragments from which the reinforcing strands have been removed. These fragments are mixed with an epoxy mixture comprising an oxirane-containing resin and an amine-containing hardening agent. Test samples made using the materials described herein have excellent hardness, strength, durability, and nail-gripping characteristics.

Railroad ties made of recycled tire fragments

This invention relates to three dimensional members made from rubber fragments obtained from discarded tires. These items can be used as structural articles such as landscaping ties, dock bumpers for boat docks or truck loading docks, as resilient mats for workers or certain types of farm animals, or as substitutes for various products that are normally made of wood but which do not need to withstand large longitudinal loads. These articles are made by cutting, grinding, or shredding discarded tires into fragments. The fragments are mixed with an adhesive and molded, preferably under pressure, into a shape such as a rectangular beam. If desired for a particular use, these articles can be reinforced with strips of rubber or strands of fiber to give them greater tensile strength, or with reinforcing bars to give them added stiffness. If desired, they can be covered by a material such as plastic, impregnated cardboard, or a waterproof layer of adhesive.
