A floor cleaning machine including a handle that pivots relative to a base about a pivot axis. A recovery tank is coupled to the handle in fluid communication with a suction motor assembly to receive and store fluid and dirt drawn through a suction nozzle. The floor cleaning machine further includes an expandable hose fluidly communicating the recovery tank and the suction nozzle. The hose is in an expanded configuration when the handle is pivoted about the pivot axis to a reclined position. The hose is in a retracted configuration when the handle is pivoted about the pivot axis to a substantially upright position. The hose at least partially wraps around the pivot axis with the pivot axis being between a portion of the hose wrapped around the pivot axis and the surface being cleaned in the expanded and the retracted configurations.

Embodiments of dispensers for dispensing wet wipes are disclosed herein. An exemplary wipes dispenser includes a container, having an opening, a cap, and a first wipe engagement member. The first wipes engagement member includes an opening therethrough. The first wipes engagement member is configured to provide sufficient force on a wipe to prevent the wipe from falling back into the container. A second wipes engagement member is also included. The second wipes engagement member located away from the first wipes engagement member. The second wipes engagement member includes a pull through portion and a grip portion. An access point is located between the first wipes engagement member and the second wipes engagement member. The access point configured to allow a user to grip a lead edge of a wipe as the wipe is threaded through the first wipes engagement member.

Exemplary embodiments of wipes dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary wipes dispenser having a self-centering nozzle includes a container, a plurality of wipes contained within the container, a fluid for wetting the plurality of wipes, a receiving member connected to the container, and an outlet nozzle housing for holding an elastomeric outlet nozzle. The nozzle housing is connected to the receiving member so that the nozzle housing is movable between two or more positions. A biasing member is connected to one of the receiving member, the nozzle housing and the elastomeric outlet nozzle. The elastomeric outlet nozzle moves from a centered upright position, the biasing member deflects and biases the outlet nozzle toward a centered position.

Exemplary embodiments of wipes dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary wipes dispenser includes a container, a plurality of wipes contained within the container, a fluid for wetting the plurality of wipes and a self-orientating outlet nozzle. The self-orientating outlet nozzle includes a moveable outlet opening. The moveable outlet opening aligns with the direction of pull of the wipe when the wipe is pulled out of the dispenser at an angle that is not substantially vertical.

An extractor cleaning machine that includes a base movable along a surface to be cleaned, the base including a distribution nozzle and a suction nozzle. The extractor further includes a suction source in fluid communication with the suction nozzle. A recovery tank is in fluid communication with the suction source and the suction nozzle to receive the fluid drawn through the suction nozzle. The extractor further includes a supply tank including a first chamber for storing a first fluid, a second chamber for storing a second fluid, and a third chamber in fluid communication with the first chamber and the second chamber to receive the first and second fluids, the third chamber also in fluid communication with the distribution nozzle for supplying a mixture of the first and second fluids to the distribution nozzle.

The floor cleaning machine also includes a recovery tank coupled to the handle in fluid communication with the suction motor assembly to receive and store fluid and dirt drawn through the suction nozzle and an expandable hose fluidly communicating the recovery tank and the suction nozzle. The hose is in one of a retracted configuration and an expanded configuration when the handle is pivoted to a substantially upright position, and the other when pivoted to a reclined position. The hose at least partially wraps around the motor housing portion when in the expanded configuration.

A floor cleaning machine for cleaning a surface includes a body, a distribution nozzle supported by the body, a supply tank assembly coupled to the body in fluid communication with the distribution nozzle, a suction nozzle supported by the body, and a suction source in fluid communication with the suction nozzle. The suction source is operable to draw fluid and dirt from the surface through the suction nozzle. The floor cleaning machine also includes a recovery tank coupled to the body in fluid communication with the suction source to receive and store fluid and dirt drawn through the suction nozzle. The floor cleaning machine is operable in a first mode to wash the surface and is operable in a second mode to sanitize the surface.

A floor cleaning machine for cleaning a floor surface includes a recovery tank having an inlet conduit and a flow divider. The flow divider includes a divider inlet in downstream fluid communication with the inlet conduit. The flow divider divides the flow into at least two separate flow paths. Each separate flow path includes a first flow path portion for directing the flow in a first direction away from the divider inlet, a second flow path portion directing the flow in a second flow direction that is substantially different from the first flow direction, and a flow redirector portion for redirecting the flow from the first flow direction to the second flow direction. The recovery tank also includes a tank body in downstream fluid communication with the flow divider. The tank body collects dirty fluid from the floor surface.

An extractor cleaning machine includes a base having a distribution nozzle and a suction nozzle, a suction source in fluid communication with the suction nozzle, a recovery tank removably coupled to the base and having a recovery tank handle, an extractor handle pivotally coupled to the base, and a supply tank coupled to the extractor handle for pivotal movement with the extractor handle with respect to the base. At least a portion of the supply tank is positioned above and over the recovery tank in a direction normal to a surface to be cleaned when the extractor handle is in an upright storage position. The supply tank is in fluid communication with the distribution nozzle to supply cleaning fluid to the distribution nozzle. The extractor cleaning machine is liftable by the recovery tank handle when the extractor handle is in the upright storage position.
