An in-situ fenestration device. The device includes a sheath, a sonic catheter extending with the sheath and having a cutting tool at a distal section thereof, and a balloon catheter extending within the sonic catheter. The cutting tool of the sonic catheter is configured to cut a fenestration in a graft material at a fenestration site of a stent graft upon being energized with ultrasonic energy at a cutting frequency.

A telescoping catheter including an elongated tubular member having a proximal end, a distal end, and a passageway extending between the proximal end and the distal end. The tubular member includes a first tubular segment and a second tubular segment. The first tubular segment and the second tubular segment are slidable relative to one another to vary a length of the tubular member. The first tubular segment includes a first connector mateable with a second connector of the second tubular segment to selectively maintain the first and second tubular segments in an extended position. The housing is configured to slide along the platform from a containment configuration to a deployment configuration. The expandable atraumatic member has an atraumatic surface and a peripheral portion. The atraumatic member has a compacted configuration and an expanded configuration in which the peripheral portion extends laterally outward over the proximal rim of the housing to protect tissue of the heart and the vasculature from potentially being damaged by the proximal rim of the housing as the delivery system is withdrawn in a proximal direction through the patient.

The present disclosure relates to numerous devices and methods for transcatheter stented prosthetic heart valve loading and delivery. Such devices and methods reduce suture tangling and also provide the ability to adjust the stented prosthetic heart valve expansion and contraction prior to the final release of the stented prosthetic heart valve from the delivery device.

Devices and methods for transcatheter valve loading and implantation

Methods of transcatheter delivery of a prosthetic heart valve. A distal region of a guide member assembly is advanced into a heart of a patient. The distal region is docked to native anatomy of the heart. A delivery device, including a collapsed prosthetic heart valve, is advanced over the docked guide member assembly. The collapsed prosthetic heart valve is located at an implantation site. The prosthetic heart valve is deployed from the delivery device, and then the delivery device is removed from the patient. At least a portion of the guide member assembly is removed from the patient. In some embodiments, the docking structure is docked to one or more of native mitral valve leaflets, chordae in the left ventricle, or walls of the left ventricle as part of a transseptal mitral valve delivery procedure.

Prosthetic heart valve delivery systems and methods

A delivery system including a heart valve prosthesis and a delivery catheter. The delivery catheter includes an outer shaft component, an inner shaft component and a cinch mechanism. The outer shaft component has a capsule segment configured to encircle a first portion of the heart valve prosthesis and to thereby hold the first portion of the heart valve prosthesis in a reduced diameter state for delivery to a treatment site. The cinch mechanism surrounds a second portion of the heart valve prosthesis and is configured to hold the remainder of the heart valve prosthesis in a reduced diameter state for delivery to the treatment site. The capsule segment ends proximal of the cinch mechanism when the delivery catheter is in a delivery configuration. The capsule segment and the cinch mechanism in tandem hold the heart valve prosthesis in the reduced diameter state.

Delivery system having a short capsule segment and a cinch mechanism and methods of use thereof

Catheter apparatuses, systems, and methods for achieving renal neuromodulation by intravascular access are disclosed herein. One aspect of the present technology, for example, is directed to a treatment device having a multi-electrode array configured to be delivered to a renal blood vessel. The array is selectively transformable between a delivery or low-profile state (e.g., a generally straight shape) and a deployed state (e.g., a radially expanded, generally spiral/helical shape). The multi-electrode array is sized and shaped so that the electrodes or energy delivery elements contact an interior wall of the renal blood vessel when the array is in the deployed (e.g., spiral/helical) state. The electrodes or energy delivery elements are configured for direct and/or indirect application of thermal and/or electrical energy to heat or otherwise electrically modulate neural fibers that contribute to renal function.

Multi-electrode catheter assemblies for renal neuromodulation and associated systems and methods

A neuromodulation catheter includes an elongate shaft and a neuromodulation element operably connected to the shaft. The neuromodulation element includes an elongate support member and a plurality of bow springs operably connected to the support member. The individual bow springs are configured to independently expand radially outward from the support member when the neuromodulation element transitions from a low-profile delivery state to a deployed state at a treatment location within a body lumen. The individual bow springs include a distal leg and a proximal leg and carry an electrode and/or a transducer between their respective distal and proximal legs. The distal and proximal legs of the plurality of bow springs are longitudinally interdigitated. The plurality of bow springs is configured to urge the electrodes and/or the transducers into contact with an inner surface of a wall of the body lumen at a series of contact regions.
