A system includes a memory and a processor. The memory stores classification models that indicate a data classification to apply to data columns of one or more databases. The processor is configured to periodically access one or more databases and determine that a data table has been newly created or modified. The processor is further configured to determine whether a data column of the data table has an existing data classification, and in response to determining that the data column does not have an existing data classification, determine from the plurality of classification models a particular classification model to use for the data column. The processor is further configured to send instructions to a classification server to apply a particular data classification of the particular classification model to the data column in the classification database.

Apparatus and methods an artificial intelligence method of reducing failure in an informational flow of a data stream controlled by an Extract Transform Load process using a machine learning ('ML') model training system are provided. The method may include deploying a software sensor that periodically captures data points for an extract job executed during an extract phase of the process. When the behavior profile is determined to have a threshold number of match points matching the behavior profile to behavior profiles in the Adverse Behavior Model database, the method may include increasing a target database storage capacity.

The method may also include receiving, from the user, limited identifying information, and transmitting to the user, based on the limited identifying information, a uniform resource locator (URL) link and a one-time password (OTP). The method may also include achieving 2-factor authentication when the user accesses the URL link and submits the OTP, and receiving from the user the secure user information and a service request. In response to receiving the secure user information and the service request, the method may include executing a response to the service request via the system network.
