The present invention discloses a laser-aiming device for a radiant thermometer, which comprises a laser adjustment seat, a laser device, and a prism having two inclined faces. The laser adjustment seat is arranged on a temperature detection device of the radiant thermometer. The laser device and the prism are arranged on the laser adjustment device. The laser device generates a laser beam. The prism is located at the illuminated side of the laser beam and coaxial with the laser device, refracting the laser beam into two laser beams that generate two laser spots designating the detectable area of the radiant thermometer.

Laser-aiming device for radiant thermometer

The present invention discloses a probe cover dispenser, which comprises a base having a probe cover basin; a probe cover cartridge receiving probe covers; a gravitational member applying gravity to the probe covers; and a feeder assembly arranged between the base and the probe cover cartridge. The gravitational member makes a probe cover fall from the probe cover cartridge onto the base, and a feeder pushes the gravitationally released probe cover to the probe cover basin. Then, the user inserts a probe of an infrared thermometer into the probe cover inside the probe cover basin to sleeve the probe with the probe cover. Via the present invention, the user can fit a probe cover onto a probe without using his hands. Thus, the present invention can effectively reduce the pollution of probe covers and the infection of testees.

Probe cover dispenser

The present invention discloses an improved probe structure, which is installed in the body of an infrared clinical thermometer and comprises a plastic hollow casing having an opening; a curved block annularly arranged inside the opening; a hollow sleeve arranged inside the casing and along the perimeter of the opening; a temperature sensor arranged inside sleeve and below the curved block; a support element arranged inside the sleeve and supporting the temperature sensor; and a thermal insulation ring encircling the temperature sensor and pressing against the inner wall of the sleeve. The thermal insulation ring has an outer diameter larger than a width of the temperature sensor, and an air gap is thus formed between the temperature sensor and the inner wall of the sleeve; the top of the thermal insulation ring has an altitude higher than the top of the temperature sensor, and another air gap is thus formed between the temperature sensor and the curved block. Thereby is effectively retarded heat conduction from the external to the temperature sensor.

Probe structure

The present invention discloses a probe cover for an ear thermometer, which comprises: a film cover and a base. The film cover has a cover window able to contact the probe window at the front end of the ear thermometer, a hollow cone able to contact the sidewall of the probe and a strengthened element able to contact the cover window and the hollow cone. The thickness of the cover window is same as the thickness of the strengthened element and greater than the thickness of the hollow cone. Thereby, the present invention can prevent the variation of infrared transmittance caused by the misarrangement and non-uniform thickness of the probe cover film disposed at the front of the probe window.

Probe cover for ear thermometer

A probe cover dispenser comprises a main body, an elastic component, and a separation board. The main body has a receiving groove therein. A groove is disposed at the top end of the main body. The elastic component is disposed in the receiving groove. One end of the elastic component is fixed at the bottom of the receiving groove, and the other end thereof is connected with a separation sheet. A plurality of probe covers are stacked in the receiving grooves above the separation sheet. The separation board is disposed in the groove at the top end of the main body. One end of the separation board is pivotally connected with the top end of the main body so that the separation board can be screwed into the groove at the top end of the main body to separate the first probe cover from the second probe cover.

An ear thermometer probe structure comprises a shell body. A hollow thermal absorption component is disposed in the shell body, and contacts several positioning points one the inner wall of the shell body. An air gap is formed at the part of the thermal absorption component not contacting the shell body. A wave guide is disposed in the thermal absorption component. The rear section of the wave guide tightly contacts the thermal absorption component, and the front section thereof is separated from the shell body by an air gap. A filter is disposed at the front end of the wave guide to let infrared rays be transmitted. An annular sealing pad is located between the filter and the top of the shell body. A sensor is disposed behind the wave guide and fixed on the thermal absorption component. The sensor is separated from the thermal absorption component and the wave guide by an annular air room.

Ear thermometer probe structure

A two-way display infrared thermometer comprises a main body. An infrared wave-collecting device is disposed at the front end in the main body. A sensor is disposed at the bottom of the infrared wave-collecting device. A liquid crystal display is disposed on the surface of the main body to display the temperature. A direction detection device is disposed in the main body to detect the horizontal state of the main body so as to control the display direction of the liquid crystal display. A mount is disposed on the main body so that the main body can be supported and adjust the angle of measurement. A direction-switching device is disposed on the main body for manually switching the display direction of the liquid crystal display. Thereby, the infrared thermometer can straightly display the measured temperature for quick reading of the temperature value regardless of standing upright or upside down.

A probe cover of a tympanic thermometer having a probe comprises a base in the form of a ring-type plastic sheet formed with a central opening; and a film sheath that is infrared transparent and has an open end and a closed end, wherein the open end is attached to the base, the sheath portion extended from the central opening can be fitted on the probe of tympanic thermometer, the film sheath comprises a first wall section, a second wall section, and a window between the open end and the closed end, wherein the entire first wall section is formed of a plurality of pleat surfaces and the width of each pleat surface is gradually reduced in the direction from the open end to the closed end, the second wall section is formed by plastic deformation and thus has a smooth wall surface, and the window is in the form of a flat closed surface for fitting on the front end of the probe.

The shutter construction of a tympanic thermometer comprises a base formed with a horizontal groove and a vertical slot that communicate with each other, wherein said horizontal groove is for mounting a wave guiding duct; a supporting frame formed at the rear end of said base and formed with at least a first engaging portion and at least a second engaging portion; a shutter plate mounted in said vertical slot for closing said wave guiding duct; a linking element, the fore end of the linking element being coupled to the lower portion of said shutter plate and the rear end of the linking element being engaged with said first engaging portion of said supporting frame so that the fore end of the linking element can be swayed up and down relative to the rear end thereof; a spring element, the fore end of the spring element being coupled to said linking element; and an actuating element, the fore end of the actuating element being engaged with said second engaging portion of said supporting frame and the rear end of the supporting frame being coupled to the rear end of said spring element so that the rear end of said actuating element can be swayed up and down relative to the fore end of said actuating element, thereby said linking element can be moved down by said spring element when said actuating element is pressed down.

A probe cover assembly for covering and protecting the elongated probe of a tympanic thermometer. The probe cover includes an inner member, an outer member, and an intermediate transparent membrane. The inner member is mounted around the probe and includes an inner window in alignment with a distal opening of the probe and an inner flange having a projection. The outer member, closely mounted on the outer circumference of the inner member, includes an outer window in alignment with the inner window of the inner member, an outer flange, and a barb having a grip portion for biasing the inner flange of the inner member to push the projection against the outer flange of the outer member when the probe cover is in an assembled state. The intermediate transparent membrane, sandwiched between the outer member and the inner member, is gripped by the projection of the inner member and the outer flange of the outer member and is tightly stretched to cover the inner window of the inner member.
