The system sends a notification to an AR/VR device associated with the operator. The notification indicates the issue and prompts the operator to join a virtual collaboration room. The system receives a request to join the virtual collaboration room from the operator based on a gesture or a voice command detected by the AR/VR device. The system creates the virtual collaboration room, via a 5G wireless telecommunication network, including a screen shared among multiple operators. The system records operations performed in the virtual collaboration room until a resolution to the issue has been determined.

A micro-application framework includes instantiating, on a client computer, a user interface configured with a hosting application operable to execute one or more micro-applications. During runtime of the user interface, a request for a CRM function is received. A request is sent for a micro-application that corresponds to the requested CRM function. The user interface receives from a server hosting the micro-application a data package that includes the micro-application corresponding to the requested CRM function. The executable code in the data package is executed in the hosting application via the execution environment. One or more interactive areas are rendered that are configured to display information pertaining to the requested CRM function.

The anti-theft protection disablement message may disable an anti-theft protection function on the user device that calls for an input of an anti-theft protection authentication credential for a factory reset of the user device.

User behavior during a reduced QoE event may be reflected as equipment dynamics, which may be included in equipment dynamics files. A service provider may receive information from the client device and may analyze the information to determine, with an increased confidence level, that the user device experiences a reduced QoE. Network resources may be allocated in response to the reduced QoE determination, thereby increasing a functioning of the computing network and an associated device's Quality of Experience.

Contextual quality of user experience analysis using equipment dynamics

A text representation is received from a virtual assistant application on a user device. The text representation may be generated via a speech-to-text engine of the virtual assistant application from audio speech spoken by a customer. Device diagnostic data of the user device is also received from the virtual assistant application. An identifier of the customer is placed in an assistance queue. At least information in the text representation and the device diagnostic data is analyzed to determine an issue associated with the user device and a solution for resolving the issue, so that the solution is applied. In response to the identifier of the customer reaching a front of the assistance queue, session state information that includes at least the text representation and a description of the issue is provided to a support application. A voice support session is initiated between the support application and the virtual assistant application.

Systems and methods for providing an improved cellular user quality of experience (QoE) are disclosed. The system can comprise a database from multiple data points to monitor and analyze cellular user experiences holistically. The system supplements conventional quality of service (QoS) metrics with user-side, application provider, and internet provider data, among other things. The data can be used to create highly granular service maps. The data can also be used in methods for analyzing and solving network issues, including slowdowns, dropped calls, and network availability are also disclosed. Improved analysis of network, user equipment (UE), and application issues can locate and solve QoE issues, improving cellular customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.

Systems and methods for improved cellular quality of experience

A user device described herein suggests a change to a quality setting associated with the consumption of content from one or more content providers. The change is suggested based both on a user's data plan and on a service quality of content received by the user device. This user-selected quality setting is then provided to the telecommunication network, which reduces network resources available for transmission of the content based on the quality setting. Such reduced network resources cause the content providers to provide content at a service quality no greater than the quality setting. Also, the user may be presented with or defaulted to selecting an option for a program offering consumption of the video content free of charge when provided to the user at a limited service quality. When the user participates, consumption of video content is then conditionally excluded from a consumption metric of the data plan.

Processes and systems described herein enable improvement of quality of experience (QoE) of network services using an upsell framework of the network services. Embodiments of the present disclosure include determining, by a computing device, a network throttling event associated with a network throttling imposed on an account of a user. In response to the determining, the computing device may at least cause presenting of one or more upgrade options in a user interface. After receiving a user selection of an upgrade option of the one or more upgrade options, the computing device may at least cause an adjustment of the network throttling.

Described herein are a system and techniques for increasing efficiency of communications and quality of a user's experience by implementing dynamic time-out intervals. When a service slows due to demand, malfunction on the server side, or local constraints near the client such as local wireless network connectivity, a client-side time-out interval can be dynamically increased so that clients are less likely to depart before receiving requested services. A server that cannot provide requested services can indicate that a client-side time-out interval should be zero so that clients do not wait on a request that will not be fulfilled. A server seeing service requests but few completions or satisfied service requests can indicate different time-out intervals to different clients, observe which intervals have higher completion success rates and then indicate revised time-out intervals accordingly.

The present disclosure describes techniques for monitoring telemetry data that relates to processing of client data on one or more data cluster(s) and dynamically re-routing client data to another data cluster for processing, based on an analysis of the telemetry data. Particularly, a Load Balancing and Data Prioritization (LB-DP) system is described that can monitor telemetry data associated with processing client data, and further generate a cluster-telemetry metric for each data cluster that quantifies whether a user experience on a client device is likely to be influenced by a data latency (I.e. delay) in processing client data. In some examples, the LB-DP System may prioritize processing some instances of client data over others, based on client profile data that prioritizes some clients over others. In other examples, the LB-DP system may selectively schedule a later time interval for processing of an instance of client data.
