We provide a method and apparatus for creation of temporary storage solutions. These may include, for example, one or more collapsible storage containers. These containers may be moved, optionally with many containers on a single transport unit, to a site in need of storage. The containers may be assembled on-site on an as-needed basis. Following assembly and use of the containers they may be disassembled and moved, optionally by single transport unit, to a new location in need of temporary water storage. Although not limited by the type of material that is stored, typical containers may store, for example, sand, water, gravel, carbon dust, or other solid or liquid substances.

Collapsible storage container

A device and method for mounting a tire () on a wheel () wherein the wheel is secured to a mounting table () and the tire is secured between the fingers () of a pivot arm (). The pivot arm swings the tire into a position over the wheel wherein a sector of the tire beads (and) are laterally opposite the radial perimeter surface () of the wheel. The pivot arm is then advanced toward the mounting table so that the sector of the tire beads (and) contacts the radial perimeter surface () that is defined between the flanges (and) of the wheel (). A button arm () advances toward the wheel () in an axial direction to cause a second sector of the tire beads (and) to pass over one of the wheel flanges (or) and position the tire beads within the second sector within a well () that is defined between the flanges (and) of the tire (). The pivot arm then releases the tire and the button arm retracts from the tire.
