A container for dispensing two products kept separate prior to application, for example, surfactant and skin benefit agent. The container comprising two chambers, adhered to each other. Although the chambers are essentially identical when viewed from their respective distal walls, they are adhered to each other at an offset so that from any view, both chambers can be seen. Preferably, the chambers include in their proximal walls complementary raised and recessed portions, e.g., protuberances and depressions, which assist the alignment of the chambers in an offset. A closure preferably comprises a peripheral flange and a wall extending transversely of the flange and including at least two product egress openings. Product egress channels on the underside of the transverse wall may lead to the product egress openings. Preferably attached to the closure base, for example by a hinge, is a closure cover. In accordance with one aspect of the invention, both the closure base transverse wall and the closure cover include one or more drainage openings. The drainage openings are not in communication with the product exit openings of the chambers, but instead serve to permit drainage of any liquid which may otherwise be present in the closure, given that the closure will receive the exteriors of the chambers, but not in a liquid tight arrangement.

Container and closure

A carton having one or more closure flaps with a delaminating window formed by lines which are not substantially straight in a direction parallel to the fold line separating the flap from the panel of the carton. Preferably, the delaminating window is formed from an undulating curve. The lack of straight lines tends to minimize the risk that bending will occur and interfere with the sealing of the carton. The invention also includes a process of sealing the cartons by adhering the delaminating window to another flap.

Anti-bowing easy opening carton

A carton particularly adapted to house both a container of cleansing agent and a washing implement. The carton of the invention includes front, rear and side panels and a compartment within the carton having at least three compartment walls which are free of attachment to, and do not form a part of, the carton panels. A particular advantage of the present carton is that it can be packed on automatic cartoning equipment.

Partitioned folding carton

A dual interlocked chamber dispenser having pumps for each chamber. An adapter which connects the chambers to the pump shell is snap fit to the chambers. The chambers may be of various desirable ergonomic shapes.

Dual compartment package and pumps

A combined wrap around carton, bottle and pouf. The package permits display of the bottle and a pouf simultaneously. The bottle is sufficiently rigid to form a portion of the support of the package. The carton includes a central panel having two ends and product receiving structures at each of its ends. In the erected carton, a first product is received within two product receiving apertures and a second product is placed behind the first one. The package is completed with shrink wrap so that the consumer can view the contents of the package.

Wrap around carton

A dispenser having at least two compartments wherein the amount of product dispensed from at least one of the compartments can be adjusted prior to dispensing. Advantageously, products in both compartments are dispensed using the same actuator. Different volumes of product can be dispensed from at least one of the chambers even through the volume of product dispensed from the other chamber need not be varied and even though the same actuator may be used to effect the dispensing of product.

A dual bottle formed by two separable interlocked compartments held together by a girdle The girdle includes pressure plates and straps holding it in place. The front walls of the compartments are recessed to accommodate the girdle. The chambers preferably each contain different ingredients and have product exit apertures. The product emerges from a common closure. Preferably the chambers and girdles are identical, which simplifies manufacture.

Dual container and individual chamber therefor

The present invention provides an insert, a blank for the insert and a combination of carton and insert, plus the combination of insert and cleansing agent bottle and the combination of insert plus cleansing agent bottle plus washing implement. The insert is designed to include five supports, three bottom supports and two top supports as part of the carton blank. The insert relies on the bottle for support. The insert stabilizes the cleansing agent bottle and the washing implement to minimize movement.

Combined dispenser and cap

A washing implement is formed from links of mesh material and which is suitable for convenient use with a single hand. The hand sponge is formed by gathering loops or tubes of diamond mesh polymeric material into circular links, which are looped together to form the washing implement. At least two links are used and the links are tied closed at each end of the washing implement by a string or cord which connects the first and last links.
