The disclosure provides compounds useful for treating alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency (AATD), according to formula (I): tautomers thereof, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the compounds, pharmaceutically acceptable salts of the tautomers, deuterated derivatives of the compounds, deuterated derivatives of the tautomers, and deuterated derivatives of the salts, solid forms of those compounds and processes for making those compounds.

In one embodiment, a device receives traffic telemetry data captured by a plurality of networks and used by device classification services in the networks to classify endpoints in the networks with device types. The device compares the telemetry data from a particular one of the networks to the telemetry data from the other networks to identify one or more traffic characteristics that are missing from the telemetry data for one or more endpoints of the particular network. The device identifies a networking entity in the particular network that is common to the one or more endpoints for which the one or more characteristics are missing. The device determines a configuration change for the networking entity by comparing a current configuration of the entity to those of one or more entities in the other networks. The device initiates implementation of the determined configuration change for the entity in the particular network.

Closed loop control for fixing network configuration issues to aid in device classification

A cooling system for cooling electrical components in a personal computer is provided. The cooling system provides filtered air under a positive air pressure to such components in the computer, as the electrical power supply and microprocessor, as well as other components in the computer. The filtered air cools the components and prevents dust from collecting on the components. In a second embodiment, the cooling system includes a tower style case for supporting the personal computer. The case houses an air filter and induction fans, for providing copious cooling air flow through ducts in the computer. Air vents are placed in optimal areas in the computer, such as near the microprocessor and power supply, to provide increased air circulation for the components in these areas. A switch panel is additionally provided that enables energizing peripheral devices when desired.

A reusable wire mesh sleeve for removably mounting upon a drive spindle and being rotatable therewith. A roll of waste material forms on the rotating sleeve which may then be removed from the spindle. The sleeve is flexible such that it collapses upon itself when removed from the spindle whereby it is easily removable from the roll. The roll is then discarded minus a core which helps to reduce the amount of waste entering the landfill and/or incinerator. The sleeve is extremely durable such that it may be re-used indefinitely.
