A telephone call is established between a local telephone () associated with a local party and a remote telephone () associated with a remote party. The local telephone () receives a voice signal from the remote telephone () responsive to establishing the telephone call. The voice signal represents directory assistance information, a name, a phone number or directions provided by the remote party. The local telephone () stores the voice signal in a memory unit () in the local telephone () responsive to receiving the voice signal. The local telephone () converts the voice signal to a text signal responsive to storing the voice signal. The local telephone () stores the text signal in the memory unit () in the local telephone () responsive to converting the voice signal to a text signal. The local telephone () edits the stored text signal in the memory unit responsive to storing the text signal. The local telephone () correlates the remote party's identity with the stored voice and/or text signal responsive to storing the voice and/or text signal. The local telephone () uses the stored edited text signal to make a new telephone call or to transfer the stored edited text signal to another electronic device.

An agricultural bale accumulator includes a load bed, a bale transfer module, and a bale discharge module. The load bed includes center, right and left load beds, adapted to receive and accumulate thereon first, second and third bales, respectively, from a bale chamber of an agricultural baler along a bale-receiving axis. The bale transfer module alternately transfers the bales across the load bed from the center load bed to the right load bed or the left load bed along a bale transfer axis, transverse to the bale receiving axis, responsive to a bale transfer signal to accumulate the bales on the center, right, and the left load beds in a side-by-side relationship. The bale discharge module moves between a bale accumulating position and a bale discharging position responsive to a bale discharge signal. The bale discharge module moves to the bale accumulating position to accumulate the bales on the load bed. The bale discharge module moves from the bale accumulating position to the bale discharging position to discharge at least the first bale received and accumulated on the center load bed to the ground surface.

In one implementation, a location information system sends location information to a wireless communication device present in a predetermined area in a facility over a short-range wireless communication channel. The location information informs the wireless communication device a location of the wireless communication device in the facility. A combination reservation and navigation system includes a reservation communication device and a customer communication device. The reservation communication device provides the reservation information to various customer communication devices associated with customers responsive to organizing the reservation information. The reservation communication device receives customer information, including a request for a reservation for the parking space, from the customer communication device. The reservation communication device transmits electronic navigation information to the customer communication device associated with the customer over a communication link responsive to the customer making the reservation. The electronic navigation information assists the customer in traveling from a customer geographic location to a business geographic location of the parking space reserved by the customer.

A telecommunications system distributes text-to-speech synthesis between a telephone network and a telephone subscriber unit. The telephone network receives a telephone call from a first telephone subscriber unit over a first communication channel intended for a second telephone subscriber unit, determines that the second telephone subscriber unit subscribes to a speech-based caller identification service provided by the telephone network, converts text information, representing the caller identification of the first telephone subscriber unit into symbols, encodes the symbols to form a data stream, opens a second communication channel between the telephone network and the second telephone subscriber unit, and sends the data stream to the second telephone subscriber unit over the second communication channel.

A location information system () includes a controller (), a location entry device (), a memory device () and wireless communication units (-). Preferably, the location information is used for E911 automatic location identification in the facility (). The location information may be solicited or unsolicited from the location information system by the wireless communication device (). When the location information is solicited, the location information is either pulled by the wireless communication device () or pushed by the location information system using a location information service.

An agricultural bale accumulator () includes a load bed () and a load bed extension module (). The load bed extension module () includes an extension table () pivotally connected to a side () of a load bed () by a hinge mechanism ().
