An apparatus of a clamp with a first body extending between an attachment end and a hinged end, the first body having at least one first rounded segment. A second body hingedly connected to the first body at the hinged end for movement of the first body and the second body between an opened position and a closed position; the second body having at least one second rounded segment.

Clamp assembly

A traffic light assembly and method for controlling a set of heating elements for the traffic light assembly. A traffic signal with a lens and a visor, the visor having an inner surface and extending from the lens. A sensor mounted to the traffic signal and in direct communication with an environment surrounding the traffic light assembly. A control module located within the traffic signal, the control module comprising a controller for implementing a primary loop that continuously checks environmental conditions via the sensor to determine if a predetermined condition is met.

The first body includes a set of apertures and defines at least a portion of the attachment end. A second body includes a second aperture and defines a remaining portion of the attachment end, the second body hingedly connected to the first body at the hinged end for movement of the first body and the second body between an opened position and a closed position.

A nose box insert for a truck trailer nose box. The insert may include a baseplate and multiple electrical terminals for connecting a receptacle, such as a standard J-560 nose box receptacle, to wiring in a truck trailer. A control circuit may be included to control and detect and/or report outages of multiple trailer components including, but not limited to, LED lamps, trailer braking systems, environmental sensors, or other components. A communication circuit may be included in the control circuit and may be configured to establish at least one communication link with a remote device to allow the nose box insert to wirelessly report information to a remote device indicating operational aspects such as the location of the trailer, the status of the individual trailer components, or other relevant information.

Nose box insert for monitoring and fault detection in a truck trailer

A nose box insert for a truck trailer nose box. A light failure detection system for use in a vehicle having a plurality of light emitting diode lighting devices includes a plurality of voltage level monitoring circuits and plurality of current monitoring circuits for measuring the voltage and current draw of a plurality of lighting circuits. A voltage drop circuit enabling the plurality of voltage level monitoring circuits and the plurality of current monitoring circuits to measure current and voltage at an adjusted input voltage is also provided. The system a learn mode for monitoring the lighting circuits with the plurality of voltage level monitoring circuits and the plurality of current monitoring circuits to determine threshold voltage and current levels for the lighting circuits. An adjusted threshold current, based on a voltage sensitivity and a sensed temperature, is calculated and a fault is indicated when a measured current is above or below the adjusted threshold current by a predetermined value.
