A handheld novelty device that utilizes a bag structure having a first flexible plastic sheet and a second flexible plastic sheet. At least part of the bag structure is transparent so that the contents of the bag structure can be viewed. The first flexible plastic sheet is molded or bonded to the second flexible plastic sheet in selected areas. This defines a plurality of interconnected chambers in the bag structure. The interconnected chambers include a first chamber, a second chamber and a meandering pathway that interconnects the first chamber to the second chamber. Flow material is provided that at least partially fills the plurality of interconnected chambers. The flow material can be a liquid with floating solids, or a slurry of solids and liquids. The flow material is displaced within the plurality of interconnected chambers when at least one of the plurality of interconnected chambers is compressed.

Toy ball

An articulable toy figure that has multiple body parts joined by ball and socket joints. Frame sections are disposed within the body parts. The frame sections are molded from a first plastic. The ball structures for the joints are molded as part of the frame structures. Additionally, breakaway necks are molded into the frame structures immediately adjacent the ball structures. Body features are over-molded onto frame structures. The body features are molded from a second plastic. The socket structures of the joints are molded as part of the body features. When a body part is first manipulated, the narrowed breakaway neck within the internal frame structure breaks. This frees the ball structure on the frame structures to move within the socket structure of the body feature. This produces a functional ball and socket joint that enables the body parts to be selectively posed.

An article for soap bubble generation is provided as a liquid-resistant wearable article. A web is provided integrally with the article having at least one hole adapted to form soap bubbles when the web is dipped in bubble solution and air is moved through the at least one hole. Preferably, the article has films of liquid-resistant material sealed at a common edge and a pocket therebetween. The pocket may be shaped to receive a body part such as a hand (e.g., the article is glove/mitten-shaped). The article substantially prevents a body part inside the pocket from touching the bubble solution when the web is dipped in the bubble solution while the article is being worn. Different sizes of holes may be provided in the web to generate different sizes of bubbles.
