An approach for predictively scoring test case results in real-time. Test case results associated with a test run are received by a software testing environment. Using predictive statistical models, test case results and attribute relationships are matched against model rules and test case history. A statistical correlation and confidence parameter provide the ability to generate test case relationships for predicting the outcome of other test cases in the test run. The test case relationships are transformed into scoring results and output for the further processing.

Predictive model scoring to optimize test case order in real time

In an approach for managing a set of tests to run on a set of platforms, a processor identifies a set of tests to run on a set of platforms and one or more priorities associated with the set of tests. A processor sends the set of tests and the one or more priorities associated with the set of tests to the set of platforms. A processor receives information about a first test run of a first test on a first platform of the set of platforms. A processor determines that the first test failed on the first platform. A processor updates the one or more priorities associated with the set of tests. A processor sends the updated one or more priorities associated with the set of tests to at least the second platform.

Managing a set of tests based on other test failures

Provisioning of computing resources for a workload in a networked computing environment. A method receives a set of provisioning requests in a computer data structure of a networked computing environment, wherein the provisioning requests relate to a workload request. The method further identifies a set of provisioning operations for computing resources in the networked computing environment to perform the provisioning requests. The method determines, for each provisioning operation of the provisioning operations, a respective provisioning time, the respective provisioning time being an amount of time for a particular computing resource to become prepared and equipped to perform a job. The determining the respective provisioning time for each provisioning operation provides a plurality of determined provisioning times. The method also determines an order for the provisioning requests based on the plurality of determined provisioning times, such that the provisioning operations complete at substantially a same time.

Provisioning of computing resources for a workload

A method and computer program product enable an email user to receive an update to a previously received email message. An email client receives an update to the previously received email message is received. Privacy information in the update is identified and that privacy information is associated with a first portion of the previously received email message. The privacy information indicates whether the user is permitted to view that first portion of the previously received email message. The privacy information may be used to update the previously received message.

Method and computer program product for receiving an update to a previously received email message

A Monte Carlo method for use with natural language understanding and speech recognition language models can include a series of steps. The steps can include identifying at least one phrase embedded in a body of text wherein the phrase can belong to a phrase class. An additional attribute corresponding to the identified phrase can be determined. The body of text can be copied and the identified phrase can be replaced with a different phrase selected from a plurality of phrases. The different phrase can belong to the phrase class and correspond to the attribute.

Monte Carlo method for natural language understanding and speech recognition language models

A binding machine for binding together punched sheets of paper includes means for temporarily retaining a wire binding element, to allow punched sheets to be hung thereon, and means for closing the retained wire binding element so that the closed points come into the vicinity of the open roots, in which the wire binding element retaining means includes a flap and finger plate having projections or fingers. The flap is mounted for pivoted movement such that the plate is pivoted away from an equilibrium position by insertion of the binding element but returns to the equilibrium position thereafter, thus retaining the wire binding element in a generally horizontal orientation between the flaps and the fingers.
