A display device includes: a light emitting element; a driving transistor configured to transmit a driving current to the light emitting element; a first dual transistor comprising a first sub transistor connected to a gate electrode of the driving transistor, and a second sub transistor configured to connect an input electrode of the first sub transistor and an output electrode of the driving transistor; an active layer comprising a first common area defining the input electrode of the first sub transistor and an output electrode of the second sub transistor; a first compensation electrode overlapping at least a portion of the first common area to define the first compensation capacitor; and a first compensation voltage line configured to provide a first compensation voltage to the first compensation electrode.

A driver is disclosed that includes an input circuit that transmits an input signal to a first node in response to at least one of a clock signal and an inverted clock signal, and an inverter that generates an output signal based on a voltage of the first node. Each of the input circuit and the inverter includes a first transistor and a second transistor connected to each other, an active area of the first transistor and an active area of the second transistor include different materials, and a gate terminal of the second transistor is electrically connected to a semiconductor material spaced apart from the active area of the second transistor.

A display apparatus includes: a light emitting element; a driving switching element to apply a driving current to the light emitting element; and a first compensation switching element and a second compensation switching element connected in series to each other between a control electrode of the driving switching element and an output electrode of the driving switching element. A control electrode of the first compensation switching element and a control electrode of the second compensation switching element are to receive a compensation gate signal, and a falling waveform of the compensation gate signal and a rising waveform of the compensation gate signal are asymmetrical to each other.

A method of manufacturing a display apparatus includes forming a first photosensitive pattern and a second photosensitive pattern of different thicknesses on an active layer; forming a driving semiconductor layer and a compensation semiconductor layer using the first photosensitive pattern and the second photosensitive pattern as masks to etch the active layer; exposing an upper surface of the driving semiconductor layer by etching the first photosensitive pattern and forming a third photosensitive pattern by etching at least a portion of the second photosensitive pattern; forming a first insulating layer on the driving semiconductor layer and the third photosensitive pattern; exposing an upper surface of the compensation semiconductor layer by stripping the third photosensitive pattern; and forming a second insulating layer on the first insulating layer and the compensation semiconductor layer.

A pixel according to one or more embodiments of the present disclosure may include a transistor including a gate terminal connected to a first node, a first terminal connected to a first power, and a second terminal connected to a second node having a same potential as the first node, a capacitor including a first capacitor terminal connected to a data power, and a second capacitor terminal connected to the first node, and a light emitting diode including a first diode terminal connected to the second node, and a second diode terminal connected to a second power.
