A pulley assembly connecting an ISG driveshaft of an ISG and an engine to each other through a belt may include: a pulley member around which the belt is wound; a spring hub fixed to an internal peripheral surface of the pulley member; an ISG hub rotatably disposed when the ISG hub is distanced from an internal peripheral surface of the spring hub by a predetermined interval and connected to the ISG driveshaft; a limit device provided in the spring hub and ISG hub and limiting a rotation of the ISG hub to rotation by a predetermined rotation angle; and a plurality of leaf springs radially inserted into the spring hub in a circumferential direction thereof, and having one end portions fixed to the spring hub and the other end portions penetrating the ISG hub.

Pulley assembly

A decoupler is provided that includes a pulley around which a belt is wound. A sprag limiter is fixed to an interior circumference of the pulley and has protrusions formed at predetermined intervals in a circumferential direction on an interior circumference thereof. A sprag hub is disposed in the sprag limiter and has first apertures formed at predetermined intervals from an interior circumference to an exterior circumference thereof. A shaft hub is disposed in the sprag hub and has second apertures that are formed to correspond to the first apertures from an interior circumference to an exterior circumference thereof. Sprags having lower end portions are each inserted into the second apertures, central portions are each inserted into the first apertures, and upper end portions are in contact with the interior circumference of the sprag limiter, and allow the shaft hub to rotate in one direction based on the pulley movement.

Decoupler as one-way clutch

A power transmission apparatus for a vehicle may include a first shift module configured to change torque input from an engine into four speed stages and to output the four speed stages, a motor/generator directly connected an output side of the first shift module, a second shift module configured to change the four speed stages input from the first shift module into eight speed stages by using a planetary gear set and to output the eight speed stages, and an output device connected to an output side of the second shift module through an output shaft.

Power transmission apparatus for hybrid electric vehicle

A transmission for a vehicle may include first and second input shafts, first and second shifting output units, a reverse speed idle unit and an electric driving force unit. Each input shaft may include a plurality of input gears having different numbers of gear teeth. The second input shaft may be hollow and disposed at a front side of the first input shaft without any rotational interference with the first input shaft. Each shifting output unit may include an output shaft, shift rotational driving force transferred through shifting gears selectively outer-engaging with corresponding input gears by a synchronizing unit and output the shifted rotational driving force through an output gear. The reverse speed idle unit may regulate reverse speed shifting. The electric driving force unit may selectively transfer rotational driving force of a motor/generator to the first input shaft or the second shifting output unit.

A method for monitoring a torque in a hybrid electric vehicle includes calculating an output torque of a motor based on a discharging power of a high voltage battery, a consumption power of a plurality of electric loads, and a motor speed. A first difference value between a motor torque command and the calculated output torque of the motor is calculated. The first difference value is compared with a first reference value. When the first difference value is larger than the first reference value, the hybrid electric vehicle is entered in a fail safe mode.

Method for monitoring torque in hybrid electric vehicle

A transmission system for a hybrid electric vehicle includes an input shaft connected to an output side of an engine, first and second motors/generators having a function of a motor and a generator and disposed in a transmission housing, a planetary gear set disposed on the input shaft and including three rotating elements, in which among three rotating elements, a first rotating element is directly connected to the first motor/generator and selectively connected to the input shaft and the transmission housing, a second rotating element is directly connected to the input shaft, and a third rotating element is connected to an output gear and connected to the second motor/generator, and a connection unit disposed at the selective connection part.
