The present invention relates to a matrix copolymer including a cellulose nanocrystal derivative, an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer unit; a graft copolymer including a cellulose nanocrystal derivative, a conjugated diene-based polymer, an alkyl (meth)acrylate-based monomer unit, an aromatic vinyl-based monomer unit, and a vinyl cyan-based monomer unit; and a thermoplastic resin composition including at least one thereof. In accordance with the present invention, provided is a thermoplastic resin composition having improved processability, impact strength, tensile strength and chemical resistance while maintaining transparency.

The present invention relates to a method for preparing a graft copolymer powder, which includes: performing emulsion polymerization of a conjugated diene polymer, an aromatic vinyl monomer and an alkyl (meth)acrylate monomer to prepare a graft copolymer latex; coagulating the graft copolymer latex; aging the coagulated graft copolymer; preparing a wet powder of the graft copolymer by dehydrating the aged graft copolymer; and adding poly(oxyalkylene)diglycolic acid to the wet powder of the graft copolymer.

The thermoplastic resin composition is excellent in all of transparency, impact resistance, and flowability.

The present invention relates to a thermoplastic resin composition showing excellent transparency and whitening resistance. The thermoplastic resin composition of the present invention comprises (A) a graft copolymer having a multilayer structure and (B) a thermoplastic copolymer, wherein the graft copolymer having a multilayer structure (A) comprises a core of a conjugated diene-based rubber latex having a weight average particle diameter of 500 &#x212b; to 2,000 &#x212b;; an intermediate layer; and a graft layer.
