A display device includes: a touch sensing unit on a front surface of an image display area and configured to sense a location of a touch; a display driver circuit configured to select one of first to third temperature sensing modes during a predetermined temperature sensing period and to generate at least one of first to third mode sensing control signals according to the selected temperature sensing mode; and a touch driver circuit configured to generate at least one of first to third temperature sensing map data in response to at least one of the first to third mode sensing control signals, wherein the display driver circuit is configured to compensate for image data based on at least one of the first to third temperature sensing map data and to display an image according to the compensated image data in the display area.

An input sensing device includes first driving electrodes, second driving electrodes, and sensing electrodes, and a sensing driver that transmits a first driving signal to the first driving electrodes at a first frequency, transmits a second driving signal to the second driving electrodes at a second frequency, and determines a touch or approach of an external object based on sensing signals received from the sensing electrodes. The sensing driver includes analog front-end circuits that separate a sensing signal of the first frequency and a sensing signal of the second frequency that are received from the respective sensing electrodes, and generate digital sensing data based on a result of a recombination of the separated sensing signals.

Data driving circuit and display device including the same

A sensing panel includes a touch sensor that obtains information of a touch input in a sensing area, and a biometric sensor that obtains biometric information in a biometric sensing area. The touch sensor includes sensing pattern layers in the sensing area. The sensing pattern layers include cell electrodes and bridge electrodes electrically connecting the cell electrodes. The biometric sensor includes biometric sensing pattern layers in the biometric sensing area and trace lines electrically connected to the biometric sensing pattern layers. The trace lines and at least a portion of the bridge electrodes are disposed on a same layer. The trace lines bypass the bridge electrodes in a plan view.

There are provided a fingerprint sensor and a display device including the same. The fingerprint sensor includes a base substrate in which a first sensing region and a second sensing region are defined on a plane, first photo sensors disposed on the first sensing region of the base substrate, and second photo sensors disposed on the second sensing region of the base substrate.
