Methods and systems are used for providing a traveling avatar in a smart feedback system (SFS). As an example, a user associated with a first interaction with the SFS from a first device at a first location is identified. A first visualization of a personalized avatar associated with the user is provided to the first device. A first personalized feedback request is provided to the first device during the first visualization. First feedback of the user captured by the first device is received in response to the first personalized feedback request. The user associated with a second interaction with the SFS from a second device at the first location is identified. A second visualization of the personalized avatar is provided to the second device. A second personalized feedback request is provided to the second device. Second feedback of the user captured by the second device is received.

Smart feedback system

A system for providing and/or collecting information relating to at least one object is provided. The system comprises a radio-frequency identification, RFID, tag that is provided proximate to the at least one object, the RFID tag being configured to enable detection of a position and/or a movement of the at least one object; a server device configured to receive position and/or movement data about the at least one object; and a mobile device configured to: identify the at least one object; send a request to the server device for object information about the identified at least one object; wherein: the server device is further configured to, in response to the request, provide to the mobile device targeted object information about the identified at least one object, the targeted object information being at least partially based on the position and/or movement data; and the mobile device is further configured to display the targeted object information.

System and method for providing and/or collecting information relating to objects

An information retrieval system is provided. The system comprises: a client device, a server device connected to the client device, the server device being configured to retrieve information from a data storage, an artificial intelligence, AI, component, in communication with the client device, and the server device, and a feedback database accessible by the AI component, wherein the server device is configured to: receiving an input from a user of the client device, select at least one machine learning model, based at least in part on the input from the user, from among a plurality of machine learning models that are available for retrieving information from the data storage, retrieve information from the data storage using the at least one machine learning model, and provide at least a part of the retrieved information to the client device, and wherein the AI component is configured to: provide, for display at the client device, a graphical user interface, GUI, for the user to input user feedback on the retrieved information; receive the user feedback via the GUI, and store, in the feedback database, the received user feedback in association with the user and with the at least one machine learning model used for retrieving the information.
