An electrode contact for an electrode lead for neurostimulation comprises a contact body including a contact surface for contacting human or animal neural tissue. The electrode contact furthermore comprises an arm section for contacting at least one electrical supply lead, wherein the arm section, originating from the contact body, extends laterally in a first spatial direction which runs parallel to a main extension plane of the contact surface. The arm section includes at least one cut-out for guiding through the at least one electrical supply lead.

Implantable lead having an electrode body with a free end and an inner part axially movable or rotatably movable with respect to it and an end on which means of fixation are extendable out of the free end by axially displacing the inner part, the inner periphery of the electrode body having an elastically deformable, peripheral, ring or ring segment-shaped, sealing/resistance element fixed to it. The outer periphery of the inner part having a section whose diameter changes (decreases) in the axial direction; this section passes the sealing/resistance element when the inner part is axially displaced. Electrode device for active medical implants

An active fixation cardiac electrode lead having a fixation helix movably placed in a housing at the electrode lead's distal end so as to be extended out of the housing's distal end and retraced into an inner space enclosed by the housing. The housing has a wall and a protrusion formed in the wall that protrudes into the inner space into interspaces between windings of the fixation helix. The protrusion causes an axial movement of the helix when the helix is rotated around its longitudinal axis. The protrusion is an integral part of the housing's wall which is bent or embossed to form the protrusion.
