A new cultivar of chrysanthemum particularly suitable for six-inch pot plant production, characterized by its single flower form of medium size and unique bronze coloration, its very abundant production of blooms when grown as a spray pot, and its ray florets which are of excellent substance. This variety is also distinguished by its abundant dark green foliage on strong, erect stems and its rapid growth rate. When grown under cool to moderate weather conditions, this variety exhibits a ten-week photoperiodic response.

A new pot chrysanthemum cultivar originated as a sport of the variety 'Spirit' (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 3,813) and distinguished by its white hemispherical blooms which have serrate-tipped ray florets and which are somewhat smaller in diameter than the blooms of the parent plant. The new plant is generally similar to its parent in growth habit but is slightly shorter in average height.

A yellow chrysanthemum cultivar of the pot plant type originated as a sport of the variety 'Spirit' (U.S. Plant Pat. No. 3,813) and distinguished by the light yellow coloring of its medium sized blooms. In general, this plant has the growth habit of its parent variety although the blooms are somewhat smaller in size and its response is about two to four days slower.

A new cultivar of potted chrysanthemum characterized by the amber-bronze color of its relatively small, composite and single type flowers which can be brought to bloom the year around with a consistent 9-week response under photoperiod control, the flower color ranging from a green-yellow to bronze-yellow to aureolin depending upon the season of flowering under normal greenhouse conditions for commercial flowering plant production.

Chrysanthemum plant named Amber Concord

A new and distinct variety of chrysanthemum plant of the standard type for greenhouse culture for the production of cut flowers, characterized by its very large blooms which have a greyed orange to dark Naples yellow color when flowered under cool to moderate temperatures and a bright green-yellow color when flowered under high temperatures. This plant has a vigorous growth habit, excellent bench and cut flower life, and a high tolerance to high soluble salt conditions.
