There is a need to automatically provide one or more electronic documents to the user. In one example, embodiments comprise, generating a facility visit data object for a user describing one or more facility attributes for one or more facilities associated with a potential visit from the user. One or more electronic documents may be determined to be retrieved based at least in part on the facility visit data object. One or more user interaction electronic document data objects may be generated to enable interaction between the user and the one or more electronic document data objects. One or more modified user interaction electronic document data objects may be received and may be provided to one or more facility computing entities in response to one or more trigger events.

An approach includes a system implemented in a computer infrastructure including a processor. The approach further includes the processor configured to receive dimensionally aware linkages. The approach further includes the processor configured to retrieve aggregated data from a data set. The approach further includes the processor configured to identify at least one affinity cluster related to the dimensionally aware linkages in at least two dimensions and the retrieved aggregated data by performing at least one lookup linkage which matches at least one dimension of the at least two dimensions of the dimensionally aware linkages with the retrieved aggregated data. The approach further includes the processor configured to provide personalized content to a user having same or similar user preferences as the received dimensionally aware linkages based on the identified at least one affinity cluster.

A method for capturing evolving data, comprising observing a data graph, identifying a first entity within the graph, defining a first property of the first entity, and identifying a first data value corresponding to the property and the entity. The method further comprises associating a second entity with the first entity at first data value, and forming a dimension of the first entity with associations to other entities within the graph for different data values of the first property. Identifying the first entity comprises identifying a property of the first entity representing a dimension but the property does not relate to other entities through the dimension. Defining the first property comprises identifying an attribute of the first entity that will not change; establishing the attribute as the first property.

A dynamic digital shelf system includes an interface for identification of a customer: a digital shelf manager in communication with the interface to: retrieve a store's products and services available according to the store's inventory; retrieve an enriched customer profile of a customer's interests wherein the enriched customer profile is enhanced by big data; retrieve a product to product metadata map; develop a customer insights profile to weight the customer's interests with respect to the store's products and services according to the store's criteria in the product to product metadata map; identify the store's products and services matching the enriched customer profile for products and services using the customer insights profile; and output the identified store's products and services. Included is a display in communication with the digital shelf manager to display the identified products and services output from the digital shelf manager which are personalized to the customer.

Solution templates provide a mechanism to architect and define the software development method in an extensible way and it enables the method architecture to be flexible to assemble method content and process elements only for those solution types that are necessary for a given solution. Solution templates keep the common base method lightweight and reusable and control the proliferation of software development processes necessary to build hybrid solutions by defining the solution templates for each of the solution types as pluggable extensions or add-ons to the base method that can be assembled on demand based on project needs.

Methods and systems for governing service identification in an SOA governance model according to embodiments of the present invention are provided. Embodiments include receiving a set of input parameters for identifying candidate services for the SOA; determining whether the set of input parameters comply with a predetermined input parameter validation policy. If the set of input parameters comply with a predetermined input parameter validation policy, governing service identification includes identifying in dependence upon the set of input parameters one or more candidate services available for the SOA in existing SOA business applications and determining whether each candidate services available in existing SOA business applications comply with a predetermined service selection policy. If one of the candidate services available in existing SOA business applications complies with a predetermined service selection policy, governing service identification includes selecting the candidate service as a service available for the SOA and communicating the identification of that selected service to relevant stakeholders in the SOA.

Governing exposing services in a service model

A method and associated systems for inferring insights from enhanced user input. A computerized messaging system identifies a user operating a mobile, location-enabled, 'scribble' device and associates the user or the device with a domain of interest or with other metadata that characterizes the user. When the user enters an ad hoc 'scribble' input via the device, the system automatically tags the input with the user's location, with sensory data received from one or more sensor devices, and with ancillary data received from extrinsic data repositories. The system may then consider this ancillary and sensory data in order to identify or infer rules or insights associated with the user and the scribble. These rules may then be used to identify targeted, user-specific steps to perform in response to receiving the scribble, where these user-specific steps accommodate a user preference without exposing confidential user information to a public data repository.

Inferring insights from enhanced user input

Provided herein are approaches to re-factor, rationalize, and prioritize a service model, and to assess service exposure in the service model. At least one approach provides: determining a granularity of a service of the service model; re-factoring and refining a service portfolio and a hierarchy of the service model; adapting a Service Litmus Test (SLT) and service exposure scope to the service model; applying at least one Service Litmus Test (SLT) to the service model; and verifying, with each affected stakeholder associated with the service model, that the service model achieves business and technical needs based on the results of the SLTs, which include tests to make exposure decisions, including whether to expose the service or not expose the service, wherein the service represent business capabilities and are placed in the hierarchy of the service model which represents the granularity.
