The ex-warehousing method includes: receiving an order for to-be-ex-warehoused goods during an ex-warehousing process (); incorporating the order for to-be-ex-warehoused goods with an order for goods currently being ex-warehoused to obtain a incorporated order (); acquiring, based on each of warehoused goods properties in the incorporated order, goods shelf information matching each of the warehoused goods properties, respectively (); matching acquired goods shelf information based on a preset goods shelf information ex-warehousing strategy, to obtain a target goods shelf information (). The ex-warehousing method is suitable for optimizing the ex-warehousing and inventory.

The method includes: receiving a target area arrangement instruction for a target warehouse, wherein the instruction includes at least one shelf number (S); classifying a storage space corresponding to each shelf number in the instruction into a destination storage space set or a source storage space set according to pre-stored inventory information of the target warehouse (S); determining whether there is at least one packing case in a storage space in the source storage space set that can be moved into a storage space in the destination storage space set, and if so, generating a material arrangement task; wherein the material arrangement task includes a shelf number corresponding to a source storage space and/or a shelf number corresponding to a destination storage space (S).

The present application provides a method, apparatus and system for controlling transportation between warehouses. The method includes: receiving, from the source RCS, first transportation information which includes information of a first to-be-transported object; transporting the first to-be-transported object to a handover area; transferring control over the AGV from the source RCS to the target RCS; receiving a location of a first target storage space from the target RCS; transporting the first to-be-transported object from the handover area to the first target storage space. In the present application, the AGV transfers the control over itself from the source RCS to the target RCS after moving the to-be-transported object to the handover area, such that the target RCS could take over the AGV and control the AGV to transport the first to-be-transported object from the handover area to the first target storage space. In this way, a fully automatic transportation is achieved, improving the efficiency of transporting and warehousing compared to manual transporting.

The method comprises: controlling a conveying means to convey a first shelf to a workbench in a warehouse, the first shelf being a shelf in the warehouse; controlling, if the first shelf is one of high-frequency shelves, the conveying means to convey the first shelf to a first storage position in the warehouse, wherein the high-frequency shelves comprise a preset number of shelves subject to the highest numbers of deliveries in the warehouse; and controlling, if the first shelf is one of low-frequency shelves, the conveying means to convey the first shelf to a second storage position in the warehouse, wherein the low-frequency shelves comprise shelves other than the high-frequency shelves, and a distance between the first storage position and the workbench is less than a distance between the second storage position and the workbench. Efficiency of delivery can be improved.
