A flow self-adjusting faucet aerator includes an aerator unit. Upper and lower ends of the aerator unit have a water inlet and a water outlet, respectively. A flow regulator is fitted in the water inlet of the aerator unit. The flow regulator can automatically adjust the discharge area according to the change of the water pressure of the influent water flow to maintain the stability of the water outflow.

A pressure balance valve of an internal retention structure includes a control head, a valve housing, a balance valve assembly, and a valve seat assembly. The balance valve assembly includes a balance valve body, a piston, and sealing elements. The valve seat assembly includes a valve seat, two water stop sleeves, and a plug cap. The valve seat is integrally formed with a valve core chamber receiving therein balance valve assembly and closed by the plug cap. The valve seat assembly forms sealed and movable engagement with the control head by means of the water stop sleeves. Positioning between the valve core the valve seat and the valve housing can be made more accurate and more reliable and sealing performance of the valve core is improved.

Pressure balance valve of internal retention structure

A single waterway shaft structure includes a valve housing, a valve cover, a temperature control rod assembly composed of a water stopper and a temperature adjustment rod, a spring, and a gasket. A lower portion of the temperature control rod assembly is formed with an eccentric water hole. The gasket and the spring are placed in an eccentric water inlet of the valve housing in order and confined in the valve housing. The temperature control rod assembly cooperates with a faucet handle. A one-way connecting structure is provided between the valve cover and the valve housing. An upper end of the valve cover is provided with a fan-shaped limit block for limiting the turning angle of the temperature control rod assembly. The shaft is designed to be one-piece.

Single waterway shaft structure

The invention provides a water faucet including a novel joystick mixing cartridge with internal structures that provide a direct path for water to be discharged from the faucet. The faucet includes a main body portion, a discharge segment and a handle that an operator actuates to deliver water at a desired temperature through the discharge segment. The cartridge includes a housing defining an internal chamber and a lower disk positioned within the chamber. The lower disk has a cold water inlet, a hot water inlet and a mixed water outlet. An intermediate disk is positioned adjacent the lower disk and includes a recessed mixing cavity extending inward from a lowermost wall. The intermediate disk includes a dual lobe sealing element that extends radially inward from the lowermost wall to provide the mixing cavity with an arcuate configuration. An upper disk is positioned adjacent the intermediate disk and a seat is positioned adjacent the upper disk within the chamber. A joystick extends through the seat and the housing for connection with a faucet handle. When an operator actuates the handle and joystick, the intermediate disk is moved within the chamber whereby the position of the mixing cavity relative to the hot and cold water inlets and the water outlet is varied to deliver water at the desired temperature.

The invention provides a thermostatic mixing valve for use within a water discharge fixture. The mixing valve comprises a cover defining an interior region, a stationary lower disk residing within the interior region, and a moveable upper disk. The lower and upper disks each have a central opening and at least one peripheral groove, wherein the grooves are alignable to form a peripheral water outlet. The mixing valve also includes a spindle assembly extending through the cover region and operably connected to the upper disk to enable alignment of the grooves and formation of the water outlet. A pressure relief cavity is formed between the spindle assembly and the cover, and wherein water flows through an opening in the spindle assembly and into the relief cavity. In order to reduce friction during operation of the valve, the water in the pressure relief cavity applies downward pressure to the spindle assembly which counter-balances upward pressure applied to the spindle assembly by water flowing through the lower and upper disks. The mixing valve further includes a slide bolt and a mixer, wherein depending upon the selected discharge water temperature, water from the cold and hot water cavities flows through the slide bolt into the mixer for subsequent discharge through the fixture.

Thermostatic mixing valve

A pop-up valve, comprising an internally threaded screw nut, and positioned in a circumjacent manner around a cylindrical waste drain pipe. A complementary, externally threaded screw bolt, is threadably engageable with the screw nut, and also circumjacent the cylindrical waste drain pipe. A seal element is positioned on the screw nut, and is vertically movable towards the bottom of a sink, as a result of corresponding vertical movement of the screw bolt.

The present invention is directed to a thermostatic water mixing valve having a sub-base coupled to a base, both having a hot water inlet, a cold water inlet and a mixed water outlet. A disk assembly including a lower or stationary disk and an upper or rotatable disk are positioned on the base. The lower disk also has a peripheral notch that receives an extent of an engaging member that extends from a sidewall of the base, while the upper disk has a peripheral cavity that also receives an extent of the engaging member. A cap is coupled to the upper disk, wherein the cap and the upper disk rotate as a unit with respect to the lower disk. The cap has a hot water cavity and cold water cavity positioned about a central opening. A cartridge assembly includes a collar with at least one aperture aligned with the cold water cavity of the cap and a depending skirt with at least one aperture aligned with the hot water cavity of the cap. An mixing chamber receives both hot water flowing from the hot water cavity through at least one aperture in the skirt and cold water flowing from the cold water cavity through both the aperture in the collar and at least one aperture in the slide bolt. Mixed water is discharged from the mixing chamber through the water outlets in the base and the sub-base.
