A driving control apparatus for a vehicle includes: one or more external sensors, one or more vehicle sensors, a steering device, an acceleration/deceleration device, an output device, a communication circuit, and a control circuit. The control circuit detects a failure associated with autonomous driving while the vehicle performs the autonomous driving, outputs the warning signal for a transfer of control of the vehicle by using the output device for a first time interval, when the failure is detected, controls the acceleration/deceleration device for a second time interval after the first time interval to reduce a travel speed of the vehicle to a target speed, and controls the steering device and the acceleration/deceleration device after the second time interval to maintain a travel lane of the vehicle with the travel speed lower than the target speed.

An apparatus for controlling a path of a vehicle includes: a path generating processor configured to generate a first path by searching for a path from a current location of the vehicle to a destination and generate a second path by searching for a path from a path deviation prediction area on the first path to the destination based on a request; a path deviation area extracting processor configured to extract the path deviation prediction area based on road attributes on the first path; and a path controller configured to determine whether to generate the second path based on a congestion level of a road around the vehicle and reset a driving path of the vehicle to the second path when path deviation occurs on the extracted path deviation prediction area.

The present invention provides a method for controlling the operation of a fuel cell system at low temperature that can suitably prevent flooding in a cathode of a fuel cell stack during low-temperature operation, thus improving the operation stability and durability of the fuel cell stack. In preferred embodiments, the present invention provides a method for controlling the operation of a fuel cell system at low temperature, the method comprising determining whether the temperature of a fuel cell stack reaches a normal temperature; calculating, when it is determined that the temperature of the fuel cell stack is lower than the normal temperature, a target temperature at a cathode outlet to maintain water present in a cathode of the fuel cell stack in a vapor phase based on information related to an operation state of the fuel cell stack detected by an operation state detection means; and calculating a target amount of coolant based on the calculated target temperature at the cathode outlet and the information related to the operation state of the fuel cell stack, and controlling the amount of coolant supplied to the fuel cell stack based on the calculated target amount of coolant.
